This is my favorite Black Parade b-side. I love the melody and the lyrics.

So, for reasons I have yet to figure out, Luciana and The Patient split up. She receives a message that he is dying. Feeling incredibly guilty, she rushes to the hospital to tell him goodbye, and that she still loves him. She and Narrator Guy reflect on how the world, and she, have contributed to The Patient losing his will to live.

Do you guys want this musical to take place sometime in the fifties maybe? I was thinking it should be 5-10 years after WW2. The album's art style is heavily inspired by WW2, and I was thinking that would be the war portrayed in Mama. The only issue is that I want there to be a beeping heart monitor in The End and Famous Last Words, and that wasn't invented yet. Solutions please?

The events Narrator Guy is singing about happen as he sings.

NARRATOR GUY:

She got the call
And then she threw her jacket on
And stormed off down the hall
She left the house

Got in the car at 4am

And tore off down the road

And all the angels say oooh, oooh
You are all to blame
'Cause all the angels say oooh, oooh
You are all to blame

She arrives at the hospital.

She went alone
And went to the emergency
And parked her car in the dark
They told her please
He only has but minutes more
You might just say goodbye

Cause all the angels say oooh, oooh
You are all to blame

NARRATOR GUY AND LUCIANA:

Cause all the angels say oooh, oooh

You are all the same

LUCIANA:

And I you maybe figure it out
Could I still explain?

NARRATOR GUY:

And if she said she was sorry now
Would you still complain?

BOTH:

And if you open up your heart
And stay so far away
But you are all the same

LUCIANA:

And if I maybe found a better way
To love you then
We are all to blame

BOTH:

Cause all the angels say oooh, oooh
We are all to blame
'Cause all the angels say oooh, oooh...

LUCIANA:

You are all to blame
