After the boys helped Thalia move Emma to the master bedroom, James and Erik volunteered to make dinner as an apology, Matthew volunteered to watch Emma, and Damien forced Sam to help clean the blood off the lobby floor. Thalia thanked them for their generosity. They all began to walk away to do their jobs.

"Matthew," She called, causing him to hum in acknowledgement as he stuck his head out of the bedroom Emma was in, "Emma is extremely shy around new people. So, don't worry if she is really quiet or stutters a lot; it's just how she is." Matthew nods before going back into the bedroom.

Thalia heard Sam complaining as he walked down the stairs to the lobby, causing her to then shout, "Quit complaining, cutie, it's not going to help you! You are going to clean whether you like it or not!"

Sam was angered by her statement and yelled, "I'M NOT CUTE!"

She walked over to him and booped his adorable little nose. He blushed at her action as she said, "You are adorable when you blush." Sam blushed even harder and scowled.

He threw a punch at her and she caught his fist, digging her dark red nails into his hand, "Try that one more time. I dare you." She threatened quietly before letting go of his fist and stepping away.

She put on her usual bright smile as she walked back to where she was standing previously, noticing that the other boys were watching from afar. She also noticed a wide variety of expressions across the boys' faces: James and Erik seemed surprised, Sam looked terrified, and Damien was smirking at her. She smirked lightly and said, "See you later, incuboys." And, as she walked past Damien, she dragged her index finger along his jaw, turning his head to watch her as she walked away with her hips swaying.

Damien stared after the auburn-haired girl, trying to understand how she had managed to block him out. He couldn't hear her thoughts at the moment and it was both frustrating and fascinating to him. James and Erik head towards the kitchen to begin making dinner, leaving him alone with Sam. "That bitch is crazy." He heard Sam think.

"She really isn't." He told his brother, causing the brunette to look at him in confusion. "She just likes to fluster you. If you didn't let her get to you, she would probably stop teasing you." Sam scowls at Damien and grumbles to himself.

Damien chuckled quietly to himself as Sam grumbled. The brunette thinks that his ginger brother is laughing at him, so he growls and tries to punch Damien. Before he lands the hit, he falters upon hearing an already familiar voice ring out, "That's enough." Damien turns in the direction of the voice to see Thalia walking towards them. Sam glares at her in an attempt at intimidation. Much to Damien's surprise, she doesn't seem phased, merely glaring back. They had an intense stare down, waiting patiently for the other to flinch. The intensity of the glares almost caused Damien to see lightning clashing against each other. It wasn't until Sam finally scoffs and walks away that it is over. Thalia has a satisfied smirk as she watches him leave.

Moments later, she looks at Damien worriedly with her beautiful emerald eyes. "Are you okay?" She asks, only gaining a small nod in reply. "Good." She states as she flicks her hair over her shoulder, "Well, if you don't mind, I'll be right back with a bucket of soap and water and some sponges for you to clean with." He watched as she walked away again, her hair flowing behind her and the heels of her boots clicking loudly through the quiet hall. He had a small smile on his face as he couldn't help but think, She truly is fascinating.

True to her word, Thalia returned quickly with the items she said she would bring before turning and heading into the kitchen, where James and Erik had begun working on dinner, "James, can I steal you for a minute?" She asked before leading him back into the dining room after he nodded.
