I can't believe it. Omar and I walked up to the same floor as yesterday since we knew that's where Oscar would be. When we had been sitting there for around ten minutes, I was actually able to see him further down in the hallway, making my heart beating faster than ever. I will seriously speak to him any minute.
I look at Omar who is just smiling while I'm standing here, not realizing what is actually happening. As Oscar is coming closer and closer to us it feels like my heart is about to beat out of my chest. We've already spoken through the phone yet I feel so nervous to speak to him.
"Felix." Oscar says before pulling me into a big hug. It might sound cheesy but this is the first time in a while that I've actually felt safe. All of a sudden I'm not nervous anymore. Even though we're located at a hospital, it feels as good as it can.
He lets go of me before looking me deeply in the eyes.
"Wow, you're even more beautiful in real life." He says making me smile widely, and I can feel my eyes tearing up. I have been waiting for this moment for so long, it feels so unreal that he is actually standing in front of me. And he's actually complimenting me as well.
"Don't cry." He says before giving me another big hug.
