"(Y/N). (Y/N) darling wake up." You took a deep breath stretching as you rubbed your eyes opening one. Blushing madly seeing Loki smiling down at you, you were on a couch now with your head in his lap.
"I'm sorry love I didn't want to wake you." He said and pushed your hair behind your ear. You looked around. You were already at stark tower. "How long did I sleep?" "Several hours, I hope you don't mind but I used a spell to prevent you from dreaming to help." He Smiled.
You sighed. "Thank you." You Smiled. The sun was down. "What time is it?" You asked tiredly not moving. "9:30, I figured you would need to eat before sleeping." He said and reached over to the in-table picking up a glass of water.
You could barely move. "Hm why am I so exhausted?" You yawned and just barely sat up to have a drink. "Your body has been deprived of sleep, it's holding on to the feeling." Loki said sitting the water down.
"Would you like some food?" He asked again and you shook your head. "I'm not very hungry." You said. "Have a snack at least." He said grabbing a stem of grapes from a bowl out of your sights.
"I love grapes." He chuckled biting one off the stem. You smiled. "I'll have one." You said and opened your mouth, he lowered the stem down and you bit one off before yawning again.
"Come on,time for you to sleep." He said licking you up bridal style swiftly. You didn't complain, laying your head on his chest. You felt him lay you on Tony's bed and slightly chuckled as he tucked you in. It was only then you realized you were only in your underwear and a large black shirt that smelt of him.
"You'll lay with me right?" You Quickly asked grabbing his arms as he started to walk off. He smiled and rubbing your cheek. "Off course love I'm tired too." He chuckled and changed into his underwear crawling in next to you.
You spooned against him and felt the radiant coolness but slightly warmness from him and sighed. He held you close leaving small kisses on your head and face. You smiled and held him close.
"I missed you too much." You Smiled and he chuckled a bit. "I missed you too much as well." He smiled. "You need to sleep." You told him sitting up on your elbow.
"Let me read to you." You said sitting up crossing your legs and summoning the same book he had read from to you into your hands. "Darling this isn't necessary-" "You've been in a glass cage with nothing but a chair for two weeks."
You said laying down. "Now lay down, shut up, and let me make you comfortable." You said and he smiled, he put one of his legs between yours and stretched his torso across yours stomach, his head resting on your chest. You used one hand to rub his head, and looked through the index for a good poem for him.
"Wow there's a lot of sleep poems." You giggled and he smiled against your stomach. "Alright." You said cleared your throat.
"Sleep now, O sleep now, you unquiet heart. A voice crying 'sleep now' is heard in my heart." You said and felt him relax on you.
"The voice of winter, is heard at the door. O sleep, for the winter is crying sleep no more." You Continued, he relaxed with each word from your soothing voice.
"My kiss will give you peace now, and quiet to your heart," you said and took the opportunity to sweetly kiss his head, he was already asleep.
"Sleep on in peace now, O you unquiet heart." You Smiled and swished the book away resting your head.
"Goodnight my darling." You Smiled down at him as you fell asleep with him in your arms, and you wrapped completely in his.
