Everyone, was dead. Thor has been beaten. The floor covered in bodies. Loki stood in the middle of the Black Order. Each with a weapon raised to him.
He'd already been beaten. You, laid near Thor, half sticking to Loki's strategy, half beaten within an inch of your life.
Life whispered constantly in your heard.

Thanos stood, five feet from you. Covered in golden armor. You coughed. And suddenly Thanos hand grabbed Thor throat picking him up like a rag doll.
His other hand reached for you, grabbed the back of your picking you you as well.

You grunted as he dropped you and Thor.
"The Tesseract." Thanos roared, picking up Thor.
"Or your brothers head. I'm sure you have preference." Thanos said.
You coughed and looked up at Loki, he seemed cool, and collective.
"Oh I do. Kill away." Thanos was slightly surprised, but pressed the gauntlet to Thor head.
Thor began to whale and scream out. Loki studied his face carefully. Loki knee Thor was tough, and had hoped he could survive.
Thanos Presses harder and Thor cried. It was too much and Loki immediately knew.
"ALRIGHT STOP!" He bellowed. Thanos stoped and Thor panted.
"We don't have the Tesseract, it was destroyed in Asgard." Thor choked out.
Loki stepped forward, and held up his hand, the Tesseract becoming visible in it.
"You really are the worst brother." Thor choked.
"Shut up." You whispered in spite of yourself.
"Do not worry brother, the sun will shine on us again." Loki said stepping up to Thanos.
"You're optimism is misguided Asgardian." Thanos growled.
"Well for one thing, I'm not asgardian. And for two, we have a hulk."
Quickly Loki jumped grabbing you and hiding as hulk smashed into Thanos.
Loki swiftly pulled you around the corner and hugged you.
"He won't fall for it-" Loki doubted.
"He will-" you said.
"How do you know-" he cut you off swiftly curious.
"I saw it."
You said. Loki Slightly Smiled. And he kissed your head.
"The sun will shine on us again." You Smiled.
He slightly laughed.
"I love you." He said.
"I love you too." You replied. You both shared a swift kiss, hearing the odd member of the order giving a misguiding speech. Saying Thanos was all mighty, then Thanos spoke of earth.
"If I may interject," Loki said stepping from the shadows.

"If you consider failure, experience." Thanos barked.
"I consider experience, experience." Loki scoffed.
"And to prove my place. I , Loki, Prince of Asgard, rightful king of Jotunheim, god of mischief...." he spoke.

"Odinson." He turned back to Thanos.
"Pledge, my undying fidelity, as a child of Thanos." He said bowing, you noticed the small dagger appear in his hand.
Your heart pounded so fast you thought it'd burst.

Suddenly Loki swung, Thanos power stopping him and your heart dropped. You hadn't seen this.
"You should choose your words more carefully." Thanos said. Loki winces as the blue force around the dagger made him drop it.
Thanos grabbed Loki by the neck lifting him off the ground.

You said tears gathering your eyes.
You knew what was happening.
Loki has cast an illusion on his body, where it would look like he died way sooner than he would in real life.
'Loki' gasped and choked and clawed at Thanos hand.
"You....will never be.... a god." He choked.
You knew it wasn't real

Suddenly, Loki stopped moving. Completely.

Thanos walked over and dropped Loki in front of Thor. His eyes were red, his nose bled.
"No more resurrections this time." Thanos spoke.
"LOKI!?" You sobbed out as Thanos disappeared with the space stone, Thor crawled to Loki as did you grabbing him.
"LOKI WAKE UP! LOKI!" You pleaded. Your hand holding firmly onto his forearm and to his shoulder.
The ship was going to explode.
"Thor the pod the pod-!" You rushed.
Suddenly a loud burst jolted over the ship behind you, a blast of purple being he last thing you saw,
And a tight squeeze on your forearm and waist being the last feeling.
