"Dude, staring at him at won't magically make him your boyfriend" Michael said hitting my arm. We were sitting in the cafeteria eating and I was staring at the gorgeous Luke Hemmings, wishing one day he'll notice me.
"I just wish one day he could atleast acknowledge my existence... I mean come on we've been in the same classes for like 8 years and he's never said hi" I complain to Michael. It was no secret to him that I was gay and had a huge crush on Luke ever since I laid eyes on him.
"Cal, not to rain on your love parade, but you constantly complain about him not saying hi, when you've never said hi to him either" Michael said honestly. I knew he was 100% right, its not like I haven't tried, I have but always chickened out in the end. "Okay...I'm going to say hi right now" I say getting up.
"Don't trip and land on your face, again" Michael said laughing.
"One fucking time, when will you let it go?" I asked and grab my bag and started to head over towards Luke, ignoring the laughter coming from Michael. I mean it wasn't my fault some asshole dropped his banana the same time I was walking towards Luke.
As I reached his table, I knew there was no turning back. "Hey Calum" I hear disrupting me from my thoughts, to see it was Luke. "Y-you know m-my name" I stuttered like that one time I tried explaining to my mom why Michael's hand was down my pants.
"Yea, I mean we've been in the same classes for 8 years" he says with a cute smile. He actually noticed me, " I just thought, because you never said anything to me, you never noticed me." "I notice you everyday... and that came out so stalkerish" Luke laughed.
"If it makes you feel better, my friend Michael pretty much stalks your friend Ashton" I comment, feeling kinda bad for telling him about Mikey's secret crush.
We talked for the whole lunch period, just getting to know each other better. It was time for me to go to my next class when Luke asked nervously "w-would y-you like t-to go o-out s-sometime?". Awww he just gets cuter by the second
"I would love to" I answered and walked away smiling to catch up with Mikey and tell him what just happened.
