"Meet me outside in 15 minutes". Jai texted me.
I kinda smiled but I wasn't sure if I wanted too. Because I miss Jai, I love Jai. But Jack.
I got out of bed and I got into the shower. I washed myself and then got out grabbing a towel. I dried myself off and then put on a half singlet with some trackies and I got a cardigan for over the top. I tied my hair up measly. I put some make up on so I wouldn't look too bad. It had been about 20 minutes so I rushed outside. Jai stood there. He looked hopeful. I walked over to him.
"Thank you" Jai said.
"Aw, no worries" I said back cutely.
We started to walk, he lead me to this really pretty lake. He put a blanket down and a basket too. Aw, he made a picnic. Jai handed me a drink of apple juice, he remembered that it's my favourite drink. I smiled and gladly took it.
We kept talking about Australia, and how much he missed me and so did Alana. I miss Alana. :(
Jai started moving closer, his hand accidently touched mine, I looked at him deeply in his eyes. But then I heard someone behind us cough fakely. I turned around and it was Jack.
"Jack, what are you doing here?" I asked him. He paused for a minute.
"Jai, he set you up, he told me yesterday that he was going to take you out and then for me to come at this time to see if you really would make a move on him, it was all a big set up. Jai is just a dick head. He doesn't even like you. He told me everything. You belong with me. But now I'm not so sure anymore. Rhiannon. It's over" Jack said very confidently. I stood up.
"Is this actually true? What the fuck" I yelled.
"NO IT ISNT TRUE RHIANNON, please believe me. I love you" Jai said standing up and facing me. He looked hurt.
"Why would I lie to you?" Jack said walking off. I ran after him.
"JACK WAIT" I screamed running faster after him. He turned around.
*JACK'S P.O.V*
My plan worked. I knew she would go back to Jai the second she saw him again, but I didn't want her to.
"I agree, we should break up, you obviously don't trust me. So it's over, okay" she started saying while crying. I tried to hug her, but she just pushed me away and said "don't".
*RHIANNON'S P.O.V*
I don't know what to believe. Even though me & Jack are over. I'm not going to go racing back to Jai. He set me up, I don't know if I could ever trust him again. To think he actually wanted to spend time with me.
But the x-factor he's my coach thingo. I need to work out what to sing, I think I'll sing, "you're not innocent". I really love that song and I can sing it so well. Because I can relate to it.
I started walking home, tears were still running down my face, the streets were busy and a lot of people saw me, they came running up to me, asking for photos and auto graphs. I wiped away my tears. I gladly took photos with them all.
When I walked through the door, my dad was home, but he's wife wasn't there or what ever she is.
"GET OVER HERE" he screamed out. He took off his belt and looped it around. I started shaking. He started making whipping actions. I screamed and started running. But he caught me and pushed me onto the ground. I started to struggle. He got his belt and whipped me across the face. I screamed as blood came out of my mouth. He started whipping me everywhere. I screamed and cried of pain, I screamed for help, but when I did, he would just slap me on the face.
I heard the door open but he didn't. I screamed again, I look to the side as it was Jai.
"JAI" I yelled. I finally picked my arm up and slapped my dad, he got off of me, as I ran out the door with Jai. I fell over on the front lawn. I didn't bother getting up. Jai came and sat with me, he picked me up and put me in his arms.
"I still love you" I said softly to Jai.
"I never stopped" Jai said back kissing me on the forehead.
