Hi. This is my first blog entry.
You should know that I'm just about one of the cutest, coolest, most popular guys ever. No, I'm not being conceited.
Because every girl that has seen me has said that about me. No joke! Seriously!
Well, my friends are popular too. There's Jiro, Chun, and Calvin---all my best buds. They're all girl magnets too. We hang out together and call ourselves Fahrenheit. Girls go nuts over us, and sometimes
there's a stampede of girls who likes to chase us down.
Since we're sophomores in high school, I'd like to get a girlfriend, you know.
But I'll tell you a secret---I've never dated a girl before.
I mean, I have had a crush. That was last year. Rainie Yang, one year older than me. I was heartbroken when she started to go out with Mike He, a real heartthrob, as girls put it. And they're still dating.
But I've gotten over her, you know. I'm still looking for the right one.
I want a girl who's different, somehow from all the others.
I don't want one who's the popular girl, a fashionable type who has a million friends and spends ten hours a day chatting on her phone and laughs at everything I say, which is what I see in many of the girls who
are lovesick for me.
I want someone just different from all that.
Just because girls think I'm cool and all doesn't mean I should look for someone who's just like that, because inside, I think I'm just an average sensitive person.
Can you all relate?

Arron had posted his blog entry and was rereading it when his buddy Jiro called.
"Yo, dude!" he said, talking loudly into the phone like he always did, as if he was some person who's deaf.
"Uh, Da Dong, I'm not deaf," Arron said, and held his cellphone about a foot away as he talked again.
"I just read you blog entry, dude, and that's just horrible," he said seriously, ignoring Arron and talking even more louder than before; Arron grimaced and considered hanging up on him for a moment, but decided not to.
"What are you, some kind of know-it-all?" Arron said, disgusted. Jiro always got low grades and was always being corrected by everyone, and here he was sounding like an expert. Oh, please!
He shot back,"I am not dumb, I'm just........slow at times."
Arron snorted and rolled his eyes.
"Listen, you sound like you want to get hooked up with a girl. Why don't you call some dating hotline or make a personal ad?"
"Jiro," Arron said grumpily, instead of using Jiro's preferred nickname,"it's my blog and I put whatever I want on it."
"Well whatever," Jiro said. "But believe me, nothing's gonna come out of that."
"Whatever."
"Dude, Arron, you should talk about how school is pointless, or what you ate for lunch or whatever. Not girlfriend qualifications. Pfft. Who would care for that? You're a girl-magnet. Just let them come for you."
