( I would read this like a song )
It was 7 o'clock, all was going well
Knock knock rang the doorbell
at that time I didn't think our story could sellThere u were ready to take me
Just as I was and no one could blame me
Yeah we'd made plans to get out of the countryNight got colder
I fell onto ur shoulders
Everything was fine in the beginningIt was better
We had something good going unlike no other
This is not a game, this ain't for winningThe night fell and casted a dark shadow
Onto my heart u had once borrowed
But I'll stay awake just to see what may bring tomorrowI am thinking it's only wise put an end to the intangible pain before it gets physical
Gone were the days I'd wait for ur love to get real
Now I don't even want to know if I'm only acting cynicalMe and u, we were surely no miracles
We are stardust, just galactic chemicals
I have been watching
We have been pretending
Or atleast I have been thinking
That It has been true from the beginningBut it wasn't
Nothing was true, nothing was ever true
Beginning is the end
And I've meant nothing to you
