LiHana more known as Liiana was born 8 September 1996. She was born in New Zealand but at the age of 1, her parents had to move back to Korea, Busan specifically. Her parents had a business take care of, therefore leaving the 1 year old LiHana with her grandparents.
Jeon Jeongguk was born on September 1 1998, born into a wealthy and happy family. By the age of 5 Jeongguk moved to New Zealand and saw his sister for the first time. This meant that their parents stayed in Busan because of their rising business.
Jeongguk and LiHana were never close in their early years because of the absence of their parents in their lives they felt abandoned even with the presence of their grandparents they needed their parents, this caused them to be very rebellious until Jeongguk had a really big fight with his then girlfriend which caused Jeongguk huge heartbreak, this made him talk about his feeling to his sister as he thought that she was the only one that could understand how it feels. There constant feeling of abandonment had brought them together and by the time both of them were high school they were as close as two peas in a pod.
Jeongguk was scouted for a starting up South Korean Entertainment company, he chose to move to Seoul and pursue his dreams of becoming an idol. This left LiHana to experience deja vu and feel that she was alone again however she met this group of girls in her school and the 5 inseparable, she also had a boyfriend called Jin, he went to Seoul as he too was scouted by BigHit, therefore leaving LiHana, but when SM Entertainment scouted her in a local city competition, she hadn't excepted that SM's scouts were there. She asked her friends what to do, however her mind was already set from child that she would one day become K-Pop idol like her mom and dad. Her friends told her to go for it, she left her friends in the April of 2011.
Jin and LiHana tried to be together despite their hectic schedules but after a year of trying it out they broke up, this break up caused LiHana divert her attention on becoming an idol to distract herself from the constant loneliness she felt. During the 3 years LiHana stayed with SM she constantly visited her parents Busan, their reunion made her very happy. She also visited Jungguk a lot, in 2014, after seeing her brother in BigHit she decided to take on one of her friend's offer to join the upcoming group CLA, where all her friends from New Zealand participated, as they were all majoring in preforming arts in university. After 4 years of being a trainee in both SM and BigHit this caused her to have more experience than the other members, CLA debut in 2015, she took the stage name Liiana.
On the other hand in 2013 Jeongguk more now commonly known as Jungkook and his group along with his sister's ex boyfriend, Jin, BTS debut and became an instant success and two years later the girl group CLA and BTS were the hit
K-Pop groups making BigHit the most successful entertainment company in Korea.
