"Shut up, Erik!"
"Who are you telling to shut up, little girl?"
He make it sound like a statement, not a question. I rolled my eyes, I chose not to back down now.
"Nigga please," I say crossing my arms, rolling my eyes. "You ain't the boss of me, and never will be."
He chuckled a dark chuckle. The one that made you shiver with nerves. The one that made you second guess everything you do. The one that had me pulled in from the start.
"You wanna go there?"
I rolled my eyes and started to walk away, somewhere, to understand what's happening. One minute we're laughing, smiling, glowing. Next minute we're on fire, furious, and feeling betrayed.
"You don't get to walk away from me, Maya."
"And you do?!"
My name sounded bitter in his mouth, like I did something terrible to him. I stopped and walked back to him, close to his face.
"You walked away from me, and never came back until 3 months later!"
"Do-"
"No! Let me talk," I looked at him with hurt, anger disgust. "Classic Erik to disappear and come back, smelling like pussy! Women's perfume, Underwear in your pockets!"
"We're not even dating, Maya!"
I looked at him, shocked and humiliated. I was taken back and didn't know how to respond. I backed up and looked up at him.
He chuckled and walked closer. "Look at your ass. Looking stupid." I backed up more leaving space between us. "Yeah. I fucked other girls! So!"
"I fucked other girls way better looking than you. Flat stomach, big titties, bigger ass than you, hips for days! Something you don't have!" He looked at me angry. "They loved theirselves! Actually believed in themselves!"
I've heard enough. My hurt turned into anger, fiery, sadness. I walked closer to him, every word fierce and demanding. "Yeah! You may have fucked other girls better than me! But did they love you like I did?!"
He stood there quiet.
"Yeah. Did they actually want you for you. Did they care if you didn't feel good. Did they see the real you, the one I saw." My words calm and harsh. He looked down at me, anger losing control.
"Yeah, that's what I thought."
I grabbed my purse and jacket, walking out before he say anything.
