"When is he coming here?" I say concerned.
"I'm not going to tell you, because you are going to try to run out, before he gets here." She says rolling her eyes.
"I'm not, plus I think I'm not capable to do that anymore." I say rubbing the back of my neck.
"Good. He needs to know," she moves into the kitchen getting lunch ready. I follow behind her and on the counter. "Plus, I heard he has a friend for me."
I rolled my eyes and grabbed the icing on the counter. "Yeah. Crazy, murderous ones," I open the container and scoop some out with my fingers. "Or the ones he hasn't killed yet."
"Hey!" She slapped my hands away. "You are buying more icing, too." She rolled her eyes playfully.
"Okay, sure I am."
There was a knock at the door and my sister freaked out. "Oh! They're here!?" She started moving around getting things ready. She came to me and grabbed my arm.
"You can do this," her eyes comforted mine. "I believe in you." I smiled and hugged her. I felt like maybe that nothing would go wrong. And maybe I would like peace, but doubt crept up again.
I ran up to the guest room and pulled my suitcase out. I'm glad I didn't unpack. I quickly checked outside of my one story window. "Ok let's do this." I took my keys out of my pocket and quickly running to turn on the shower.
"Don't come in I'm taking a shower!" Voices get louder of 3 guests. Laughing and agreeing going on. I jump out of the window landing on my suitcase.
I quickly get up and run to my car and throwing my suitcase in the passenger side. Before I could get in, a hand quickly grabs my wrist.
"Where you think you going baby?"
"Somewhere without all of this."
"You acting like I won't find you."
"You won't this time."
"Count on that?"
"Yes! Now let me go!"
"See you soon."
"Bye Stevens."
I quickly get in the car and lock in. Holding back tears, watching him enter the building of the place I'm suppose to be.
Where my heart is suppose to be
I drove off quickly before he told them. Or if he told them. He probably won't, right?
