We sit across from each other wondering how it all fell apart. We were both so happy before what happened? How did it just go away so fast just like that just vanished into thin air.

I looked at him as he only looked down at his hands and not at me.

"Why can't you look at me Brandon?"I asked him

"Because I'll only tell you lies, I'll only hurt you and make you hate me even more"He said as he sighed and took off his glasses wiping his eyes

"I-I didn't mean to break your heart, break your trust and break up our relationship"He said

"That's why you lied to me all these years, You didn't tell me you had a wife and a entire family that you left behind!"I said yelling as my tears fell

"I DID IT BECAUSE I FELL IN LOVE WITH YOU!"He yelled standing up finally looking at me as his eyes glistened

"Brandon that's not an excuse to leave your family for all these years and just lie and create a new life, so what am I supposed to tell Eli when you leave us and go back to your first family"I said as my tears started to fall

"Huh did you think about him? What should I tell Stormy when she gets older and wonder who her father is, what should I tell her?"I said as he looked away wiping his tears

"Tell them about me, show them pictures, videos and all I just want them to know who I am. When they get older let them come see me and find me"He said

"You know what Brandon just go, we'll be fine without you"I said shrugging as I sighed wiping away my tears

He sighed getting up putting on his glasses as he grabbed his bag.

"I love you and the kids, never forget that I'll try to write and call and do whatever I can which probably won't be much but enough"

"Don't let the door hit you on the way out Brandon"I said before turning away going into the kids room as I sat there as they slept and I heard the door close
