28. In circles

I sat there just tapping away thinking of this circle I'm trapped in that should've been stopped a long time ago.

Brandon goes out drinks, cheats, comes back drunk, hits me I fight him, then I leave for a while then he apologizes and I come back.

"This is Tiring"I said to myself as I gained a slight headache thinking about everything going on

I'm done and it's just too much I thought this would've ended after we had Renaldo but It still continues and it's time for it to end

I get up from the bar paying for my water as I walked out and called my best friend Avan.

"Hey beautiful"He said through the phone tiredly

"Hey Avan I'm just wondering if I and Renaldo can stay with you for a while"I said

"Of course but what's going on? Anything I need to handle?"He said as his voice got deeper

"No, I'll just being Renaldo over and I'll go get the things from the house"I said sighing

"Alright see you then"He said before hanging up

I go and pick up Renaldo form Brandon's mother's House as I take him to Avan's house as I then made my way to Brandon and I's house.

I pulled up to see his car wasn't here as I was filled with slight relief. I went inside as I went upstairs and packed my things then went to Renaldo's room and started packing his stuff.

"Where are you going?"I heard a voice say as I lightly jumped as I turned to see it was Brandon

"I'm leaving Brandon I'm done with you and all the bullshit you put us through"I said

"No you're not"He said

I ignored him as I packed his things as I was done and stood as I was grabbed harshly by my throat as he threw the bag in the hallway

I kept trying to get out his grip as he kept slamming me against the wall as the grip kept getting tighter.

"You're not leaving me you and Renaldo is all I have and you're not going anywhere I can promise you that"He said as I was slammed harshly one more time before I blacked out

I wake up and see I'm in Brandon and I's room as everything comes back to me as I quickly get up and run towards the door trying to open it but it's locked

I feel a buzz in my back pocket and see it's more missed calls and messages from Avan as I quickly called the police.

I then run towards the window as I see it's a lock on it. I look around and look on top of the dresser to see a hammer.

I grab it and start hitting the lock.

"Y/n what are you doing in there!??"I hear Brandon yell

I go quicker fearing for my life as I broke it and opened the window as I quickly climbed out just as he came in as I jumped down and started running to the car as he came out.

"If I can't have you no one can"He said and pulled out a gun and started shooting

I duck the shots bobbing and weaving and I run and get in the car as the police pulled up as Brandon ran
