Continuation of jealousy

I was guided From that house from that terrible family, they beat me every day and night. If one of their kids messed up it was my fault, if their kids broke something it was my fault.

I was forced to be the maid and if I didn't do anything right as they say it was another hit.

Just because I was the little foster kid.

Mrs.Laud sat me in the car as the parents followed behind her looking angrily.

"Give us back our little girl!"The mom yelled as she tried to come to the car as I backed away as Mrs.Laud blocked her

"After this, you will never have another child in your care you two are disgusting and vile people!"She yelled to them

"Princess come on come back to daddy"He said looking at me as I shook my head as I backed away even farther

"Never ever come back to the foster home or I will call the police!"She said before getting in the car

Mrs.Laud drove off as I started feeling easier seeing them drift from view.

"Y/n sweetheart"She said lightly as I looked at her

"Yes Ma'am?"I said

"I am so sorry you had to deal with that, I promise you I will find the perfect family for you I swear"She said as I turned my attention out of the window

[Time Skip]
[13 years old]

I walk up to the house with Mrs.Laud, she told me this family wanted me she told me all the kids they had grew to be amazing people and had no complaints, they loved it here.

She told me they had 3 kids two sons and a daughter. One son was 13 the other 14 and the sister 15.

I was snapped out of my thoughts as I seen a boy standing at the door as he smiled.

"Hello Zion"Mrs.Laud said with a smile

"Hey Mrs.Laud come on in"He said and stepped back as I followed as he gave me a smile as I smiled back and came in as she sat on the couch and I sat next to her holding her tightly

"It's alright Y/n"She whispered and lightly stroked her thumb over my hand as a man and lady came down along with another boy and a girl as they sat on the couch across from us with kind smiles

It slightly eased me but through all my time I knew to watch out for kind smiles, especially the ones that were too kind.

"Hi sweetheart how are you doing"The Mother asked

"I'm fine"I said

"These are your brother and sisters, the one that was at the door was Zion he's 14"The father said

I looked at Zion as he gave me a smile as it made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

"This is Elom he's your age so 13 right?"The Mother asked as I nodded I looked at him as he gave me a smile and a very excited wave that made me laugh lightly

"And finally here we have Kékéli she's 15"the father said as she smiled and waved

"You know something Y/n?"Mrs.Laud said

"What is it?"I asked curiously

"They are all adopted too"She said as I looked at them as they smiled

[3 months later]

I was thrown on my bed after the beaten I got for vacuuming wrong which I didn't know you could do, I laid there as the bruises stung as I curled up.

I heard knocks on the door knowing who it was as they same in I seen Zion as he had a sad pained expression.

He closed the door quietly locking it.

"They did it again didn't they?"He asked as he came over with a first-aid kit he made up for me when this happened

"Yeah, all because I somehow vacuumed wrong"I said as he came over and lightly helped me sit up as he started aiding the bruises

"Y/n I promise you, I'm going to do something to make lots of money and get you away from them"He said

"But I'm not able to officially leave till I'm 18"I said

"I'm at least going to buy you a house to get you away and when the foster people come for a visit you just come back here then go to the house when it's over"He said

"Thank you Zion"I said with a light smile

"You're my sister and best friend it's nothing"He said

-Now-

Zion and I pull up to the house as it was time for another visit as I sigh looking at the house.

"Don't worry I'm going to stay right here in the car I'm not leaving you alone with these people. Just go straight up to your room and call me when you get up there"He said as I sighed nodding

"Just remember in 3 days your 18 and your free"He said

I smiled before hugging him tightly then heading to the house as I unlocked the door quickly going inside, I ignored the name calling as I went into my room as I locked the door and called Zion.

[After Visit]

Mrs.Laud left as I was leaving out as I had Zion on the phone as I was just packing up more of my clothes.

"You little bitch it's all your fault"I heard the mom say as I looked up to her to see her stumble her way in the room as she closed the door

"What?"I said confused

"My man wants to have you not me, but no I told him no and he left me it's all your fault you little bitch!"She yelled as she ran toward me as she was on top of me with a knife

"GET OFF OF ME!"I screamed

I was hitting and pushing to get her off as she cut my arm as before I knew it the door busted open and Zion grabbed her throwing her off to the wall as she was knocked out.

He quickly grabbed my stuff as we ran out the house and got in the car driving over as he held my hand calming me down as the tea rolled down my face

"3 more days just 3"He kept repeating

When the day finally came I was happy and free.
