Chapter 1

"That's a wrap!" Sigaw ng direktor namen.

Gusto ko na lang umuwi sa sobrang pagod. Inalis ko ang nakasabit na camera sa leeg ko at nilagay ito sa camera bag ko. Pati mga lense ng camera ko nilagay ko na rin doon.

"Amanda" Napatingin ako kay Sir Nico.

"Yes po sir?" I asked him.

"You'll be one of the photographers tomorrow sa shoot kasama ang isang international model. Be here by seven in the morning, we'll be shooting sa batangas." Sabi nito sa akin.

"Yes po sir." Ang sagot ko naman at nagpatuloy na sa pag aayos ng gamit ko.

I'm Amanda Villafuerte, 21 years old at ako ay isang photographer. I love my job, I've been doing this since I was 18. But I've been taking pictures since I was 9 or 8 I think?

"Hays. Nakakapagod talaga ka trabaho si Sam." Biglang tabi sakin ni Maya, isang stylist.

"Yeah but we have to be professional kahit na obviously di niya ginagawa yun." I said.

Sam is our model for our today's shoot for a shampoo brand. Napaka brat lang talaga nitong babaeng ito. She always want to do things in her own way.

"Kasama ka ba bukas?" I asked Maya.

"Yup! Excited na nga ko sino yung international model na yun eh. Sabi kase we'll be working with her daw for a month I think?" Nay kinang sa mata na sabi neto.

"I hope di siya kasing ugali ni Sam." I sighed.

"I don't think so. Besides, may feeling na ako sino yung model." Abot langit na ngiti nito. Okay, I'm curious.

"So who do you think is this model?" I asked with my arms crossed at nakaharap sa kanya.

"I think, si Kelsey Merritt." Sabay tili na sabi nito.

Napataas naman ang kanan kong kilay. "Who is Kelsey Merritt?"

"Gurl! Di mo siya kilala?!" Makatingin siya sakin parang nakapatay ako.

I just shrugged in response. Aba, malay ko ba sino yang si Kelsey Merritt? It's not my job to know the profiles of all the models in the world.

"Seriously Mandy, are you living under a rock?" She asked as if I don't know anything about this world.

"Well no, I'm not Patrick the star. And besides, who cares if I don't know her? It's not like I should know every details about every model." I said.

She raised both of her hands, telling me to stop.

"Okay, okay. No need to get defensive and all. Mauuna na ko, I have date with baby boo." I rolled my eyes sa endearment nila ng boyfriend niya.

Like, seriously? Baby boo? Wala na bang mas corny pa dun.

"Ingat. Pakisabi sa baby boo mo I said hi."

"Will do."

Before she left, humalik muna siya sa pisngi ko. That girl is hella clingy. I don't mind though.

At dahil ako na lang natira dito, It's my job to switch off all the lights and close the door. After that I walked papunta sa elevator.

I was rummaging my bag to find my car keys when the elevator opened, pahakbang na ako papasok pero di ko namalayan na may lumabad dito.

"Ouch!" Daing ko pagkabunggo ko sa kanya. Aysh! Ang sakit ng noo ko.

"Oh my gosh! Di ko sinasadya! Are you okay?"

Hinawakan nito ang parehas kong kamay habang nakatingin sa noo ko.

Wow. She's the definition of perfection. She's like Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite all in one body. She's tall, long wavy brown hair and those eyes. Those mesmerizing brown eyes that I wish I could stare in forever. Her intoxicating sweet scent like vanilla and candies.

"Hey... Miss are you okay?" Parang nagtatakang tanong nito sa akin. Oh god maybe she thinks I look like a creep for staring at her.

"Uhmm.. ano.. yeah.. I'm g-good. Uhmm, t-thanks sa ano, pag-aalala." Without another word, dere-derecho akong pumasok ng elevator at sinara ang pinto.

Yung puso ko ang bilis ng tibok. Parang lalabas na siya sa dibdib ko. When the elevator door opened I literally ran papunta sa kotse ko at umupo sabay hinga ng malalim.

"Okay... What was that?" I asked myself. I buckled up my seatbelt and started the engine. Pagod lang toh, I said to myself at pinasibat na ang kotse ko.

Lahat po ng ito ang kathang-isip lamang at hindi po nangyari sa totoong buhay. Wala rin pong kinalaman ang totoong buhay ni Miss Kelsey Merritt dito. Siya lamang po ay isang tauhan sa istoryang ito. Marami pong salamat.
