"If you don't, I'll dye my hair." I rolled my eyes as I mocked Lucas' words. Namjoon and I were walking towards a skating rink. Look, I didn't know why this date had to include ice skating, when we can just go to the mall, go shopping, and have my nails done! Namjoon, who was beside me, sensed my aggravation and cocked a brow, "You really don't want to be here, don't you?"

"Yeah, because I have no fucking idea how to skate." I complained, glaring at him. "How is this a good idea? Who would give you this idea? And I thought I was bad at planning." I continued to rant, until he finally answered: "You see, a close friend in Korea told me that ice skating is a good idea for a date. Say, he didn't know how to skate,  yet he still had fun."

"Maybe because he was with someone who was a good teacher," I shot back, and he sighed, raising his hands, "I'll do better teaching you how to skate since I'm better at it. It's not that hard, you just have to find your sense of balance and control it." he shrugged, "Anyways, you know, when I first met you and Lucas, I thought you both knew each other for years."

"Why's that?" I questioned, as he handed me the skating boots. Okay, this seemed simple enough to wear. My legs just healed from the skiing last week, so I hope it wouldn't become sore again, especially since graduation was 2 days from now. He sat beside me and started tying his shoelaces, "I mean, you were pretty comfortable, who knew you just met days ago."

"Well, he had blonde hair, which got me interested, but boy, approaching him wasn't hard, but convincing him is always the hard part." I groaned, just thinking about how stubborn he was was making my mind ache. When I was finally done with tying them, Namjoon held out his hand for me.

You see, this was an outdoor skating rink, so I wasn't planning on falling down and embarrassing myself. If only Namjoon would stop calling me embarrassing, this would go more smoothly today.. I waved a hand at Namjoon and insisted that I walk towards the rink myself.

"Ow," I muttered under my breath, as the boots weren't very comfortable to walk in. Okay, one thing for sure-- these were not fashionable! I continued to walk, struggling from time to time, while Namjoon, who was beside me, was doing quite well. In front of us, was a couple.

In their case, the guy didn't seem to know hot to skate, and he kept clinging to his girlfriend. The girl kept laughing and reassuring him. They were too close, they were too affectionate, to the point that I didn't want to look at Namjoon, "See? Why can't we be like that?" Namjoon says from beside me, making me roll my eyes.

"Because," I said, successfully walking to the entrance of the rink, but didn't go in yet. "I'm independent, I'm going to teach myself how to skate, and you're going to be shocked!" I say, before confidently stepping inside the rink. My foot slipped, and if I wasn't holding unto the walls, I would've fallen.

"You mean," Namjoon says, stepping inside and started to skate beside me, "You want to make me proud?"

"No." I replied right away, as I tried to regain my balance. "I'm going to make myself proud."

"All right." he says, still not skating too far from me, "I'm going to stay here. Because you know, I can still teach you, if you want." he smirked, and I shook my head, scoffing: "No thanks. I'll do this on my OWN!" my voice raised at the last word, as I almost slipped.

I tried to maintain my balance again, and started to skate slowly, still gripping the sides of the wall. "You know, your feet are moving wrong." Namjoon pointed out, and my gaze dropped from my feet to his, which were sliding diagonally. I decided to do the same thing, and I actually found it better.

I continued to curse under my breath. Man.. after this, I was going to get him back! I'm going to ask him out on a 'date', and tell him to make vases with me. God.. what can I even do besides pottery and look pretty?! But then again, I'm all right with those aspects.
