Callisto's POV

I looked at the letter with my name on it. It had a black and white seal on it. I looked at my mom and then the letter. "No way..." I looked at her, we both had grins on our faces. "Yes way, you got in" I opened the letter and smiled hearing what she said. I read the letter. "Guild...no that's not it." She pointed. "Last paragraph" I nodded and went to the paragraph. "Zephyr..?" She nodded. "That's the one your father was in. Sirius will recognize you. I believe he's seen you when you were younger." I nodded reading. "There's a list." Mother nodded and grinned. "It started Wednesday too" I looked at her. "What!? Well then we'd better get going!" I said. She laughed. "Let's get some dinner at grandma's first, then we can go and search for the materials you need, I'm sure there's going to be a ton of other looking for their materials" She pulled into the driveway of my grandmother's.

We got out and walked inside. "Is Bane causing you problems, Rose?"

I walked in and she patted my shoulder. "Congrats" She whispered. I looked at the pictures on the wall and waited for my mom and grandmother to finish their conversation. "You two are just in time for dinner. We're having chicken and waffles" I nodded. "Neat." Chicken and waffles was probably one of my most favorite meals of all time. I sat down at the table next to my Uncle. My mother sat next to me and my grandma sat at the end. I looked down at the table.  Empty. "Wow, I remember when this whole table would be filled." We laughed and nodded. We ate slowly. Me and my mother were the first to finish. "We'll be back, I have to run this kiddo out to get his materials, he's starting Equinox soon!" She smiled. My uncle nearly choked on his drink. "You got into Equinox? That's neat!" We high fived.

My family is young. My grandma is almost 80, my mother is almost 30 and my Uncle is almost 35, My dad is actually only 31. Me. I'm 15.

I heard a knock at the door. "I'll get it." I walked to the door and opened it up. Two tall males stood at the door looking down on me. One with white hair and the other with black and white hair. The one with pure white hair had a light blue and yellow eye. The other had a mixture of colors that looked absolutely amazing. They were both fairly young. "Oh, hello." One of them smirked. "Nicolas. Nicolas Phoenix." I looked at them confused. "You know my name?" The white haired male nodded. "I'm Sirius, Sirius Zephyr. I'm the leader of the Zephyr guild. That's Equinox." I heard the chairs screech against the floor as all of the others came running to the door. They all smiled and shook hands. "You all know these two?"  My mother smiled. "I went to school with Sirius and Equinox and your grandmother are good friends." I nodded. "Damn..." Equinox smiled. "We were just dropping by to make sure you guys got the letter." "We did" My mother confirmed. Equinox smiled, "Great, I'll look forward to seeing you in school?" I nodded eagerly. Sirius handed me the uniform and grinned. "Great, you better show up kid. You're gonna love it." They left not too long ago.

I turned around and looked at them. "Can I go now?" They laughed. My mother grabbed the car keys again. "Alright, well we're off to go get his materials..we'll be back." We left and got into the car. I looked at the list. "Books...notebooks...ink...quills...wands? and possibly some empty brewing bottles." I kept reading. "It says that if there's anything suggested from other people you should most definitely take it." I snorted. "Alright. So where are we going?" My mother turned down a dark alley and parked.

She walked into a side door and it was in another alley. One filled with chattering people and places to buy things. We went right to the wand place.

The keeper of the store didn't have a chance to choose my wand. The wand chose me. I ran out and went to the book store grabbing almost every book. I was eager to read those, I got quills, ink and notebooks. The last thing we needed was bottles. My mother insisted on carrying everything. So I let her.

I scrambled down the alley looking at everything.

I ran right into a dark haired tall male. I looked up. He just stared down at me with his cold eyes having no expression. I backed away. "Sorry.." He turned away and kept walking. I made a disgusted look. "I said sorry you dumb wit-" He turned around he looked pissed, but my mother had jerked me away. I growled at him and began walking back to the door to go to the car.

We were finished here. We piled everything into the car. It was late now. I settled into the seat tired.

I couldn't wait for Wednesday.
