Callisto's POV

I felt the warmth of something next to me. It moved and took me into its chest. Altair. It was Altair. He bit my ear softly. I got up in one swift motion and stood there for a second, then it hit me. I winced and looked at him. "What did you do-" I said panicked. "What did we do?!" I looked at the floor. "We didn't-" He nodded grinning.

"Oh my fuck.." I said throwing my uniform on.

I was so unbelievably uncomfortable, I felt gross. My legs hurt, my ass hurt. Everything hurt. I rushed down the hall to the room to eat breakfast. Everyone was watching me.

What the fuck is happening. My friends rushed over to me and smiled. "Wow, you're back finally."

I've been here since Friday night. They looked at each other. "We didn't notice. So how'd it go? Did you kill Altair?" Scarlet asked. I shook my head no, we entered the Dining Hall, everyone gasped and looked at me. I looked up and so did my friends, they all turned to me. I continued to make my way to the table. I turned around looking at my friends. "Nothing happened okay?" Everyone was silent watching our conversation. "Go sit down with you little guild." I turned around and walked to the end. I looked at one of the new kids and looked at them. "Get out of my spot." I demanded and glared at them.

One of them snorted and looked at me. "We're scared?"

Everyone was still silent. "You will be once my father hears about this."

"And we're so scared of your father, if your father was Equinox, Sirius, or Bane, then obviously." The other said.

The Zephyr table busted out laughing. "HIS FATHER IS BANE YOU IDIOTS!" They shouted. The two looked at each other and stood up. "Oh we're so sorry" They laughed nervously and scrambled off towards the doors. I sat down and looked at the table.

Everyone at the table was looking at me. Well, my friends from the guild. The others in the room went back to talking. I noticed a pale male with white hair and a black beanie buried in a book. I squinted my eyes.

They followed my eye contact. "Salem?" I said questioningly and stood up squeezing my way next to him. He sat up and looked at me. "Nick? Oh hey, hi." He said putting his book down. "How's everything been holding up with Altair?" He asked. The table fell silent and looked at me.

I looked down and nodded. "Great, great, yeah we're cool now. We're basically best friends." I said carding a hand through my hair. "What about Lynx someone rang out."

My face drained of color and so did Salem's, we looked at each other and completely ignored person. He went back to walking and eating.

The doors of the room opened. Everyone turned

Altair.

I sank down hiding myself. He was joined by his childish friends, they were both dickheads. Brats. I stared down at Salem's book. "So what're you reading?" I asked him. He sat up and picked his book up. "Oh just a boring book about assassins. There's this new guy that's being trained and he's totally scared shitless." I nodded. "Sounds interesting."

Altair brushed passed me and slipped me a note. I could feel myself beginning to burn up. I picked the note up and watched him leave. He sat down at the end with his friends.

Everyone stared at me. I swallowed hard and opened the letter reading it.
