Lucas' pov

I just wanted them to speed this up cuz' I'm excited to see my girl.

They finally let us inside. Eventually.
Jason fell asleep on my lap, because he got so tired from crying.

As we got inside Maya was awake and she was sitting. I put Jason down in a chair and let him sleep.

"Hey." I smiled at her. She reached for my hand and we interviewed our fingers. "I'm so happy you're okay." I said letting tears fall down from my eyes as I admired her.

She's so strong.

"I'm fine, Lucas. I'm fine. How's Jason." She asked, with a raspy, yet beautiful, voice.

"He just fine. He refused to leave your room and started crying when we were forced to go out." I chuckled and she smiled softly.

She met my eyes. "You saved him. You're our heroine."

Maya shook her head. "Jason saved himself." She said.

"Maya, I hope you know that I love you." I said and she bite her lip.

"I heard you. When you and Jason talked," she said and started crying, "he wants me to be his mom?" She asked and I nobbed.

We kissed and smiled. "Thank you, Lucas. For staying here, you didn't have to. I'm used to being alone." She admitted.

"You'll never ever be alone again. I'll make sure of that." I said and hugged her. "And I want you to know that this is not because you found Jason, but because I love you and your pure soul."

"I know that. I know you." Her eyes got heavy and she started to drift off. Just then Jason woke up and ran over to the bed.

"Maya!" He smiled and I picked him up so he could hug her. She smiled and hugged him back.

"How are you, baby boy?" She asked and he said he was just fine. Mays told him was very tired and wanted to rest.

"We can play and talk later okay?" She asked and raised her eyebrows. Jason smiled and nobbed. "I love you Maya. And I love daddy." He said and rest his head on her chest and smiled.

Maya smiled and kissed his head. "I love you too Jayjay." She said.

They eventually fell asleep together, and I just watched my angels.

A day later

Maya got signed out today. Jason too. I'm finally taking them both home, where I'll keep them safe.

Well, at least I hope Maya can stay. Jason would be so happy. He is very fond of her.

"And we're home!" I smiled and turned back to my son who was smiling. We got out of the car and I took his hand.

He carried his teddy and I took his bag. We walked to the door and then he stopped.

"Daddy?" He asked.

"Yes, buddy?" I asked and got down.

"Maya stay?" He asked with big eyes.

I looked over at her. She sat in the car and looked out the window. She was thinking. Clearly.

"If you want, you can ask her."

Jason smiled and ran over to the car.

Maya's pov

Lucas drove to his house. I guess. It's very confusing, because I remember less and less of everything.

I mean I know my name, I know he is my friend and that's his son, but yesterday, I felt like I remember more about him than today.

Now I don't know this place, I don't know what happened to me. More and more just disappears.

And this little boy, I can't disappoint him.

I don't want to make him sad, because it feels like he has been through so much. I don't want to hurt Lucas either.

Jason came running down to the car and I opened the door. "Maya, do you want to stay here?" His voice was so cute, and the way the words was so hard for him to say made my heart melt.

I smiled and picked him up. "If that makes you happy.." I said, and he nobbed and hugged me.

I tried to get out if the car, but I have to admit it's pretty hard with broken ribs and a useless leg.

Lucas came down and took Jason. He put him down and helped me out. "Thanks," I chuckled and he looked me in the eyes.

"You're so beautiful. Now, let's go inside." He said and handed me one of my crutches and took my hand.

He picked up Jason and put him on his hip.

After we got inside he helped me over to the coach as Jason ran upstairs to his room.

Lucas smiled and kissed my lips. I didn't kiss back. I mean, I don't know who he is! "I love you." He said.

"Yeah, you too." I said and faked a
smile. He ran upstairs after Jason and I just got lost in my own thoughts and fell asleep.

-

The hours went by and the next thing I knew was Lucas carrying me upstairs to his bedroom. He told me Jason was asleep and that he didn't want me to stay downstairs.

Then he put me on the bed and put the covers on me. I fell asleep all at once.

-

My eyes fluttered open as some light shined through the window and on to me. I was alone in a bed.

I didn't know where I was so I got up and went to the door. The house was huge. I heard laughter from downstairs and looked at a male and a little boy playing. The the male looked up and smiled.

He ran up to me. "You're up already?" He smiled and hugged me. "Maya!" The little boy shouted happily.

I felt overwhelmed. The fact that they were so lovely and I just didn't remember them broke my heart.

"Ehm, I-I" I could get out any word. His eyes looked so deeply into mine and soon enough he understood that something was wrong.

"Maya, what's wrong?" He asked and took my hands.

I pulled them away. My eyes got watery. I watched him.

"I-I don't remember you.." I stuttered.

"What? That the worst joke ever." He chuckled. "It's a little to late for that one. I mean, if you should have lost your memory, it should have been right after the accident, right?."

Accident?

"What? What happen?" I asked, and suddenly a unbelievable pain hit my head.

I fell down on my knees and the male catched me. "Jason, go downstairs and get Maya a glass of water please." He said to the little boy.

Then he turned to me and met my eyes. "If you're joking with me now, I swear-..." he was very serious. I saw in his eyes that he was afraid.

I started to cry. I pushed away from him.

"Y-You really don't remember? You don't
k-know me?" The male stuttered and his mouth opened up as his eyes got watery.

"I'm sorry." I mumbled softly.

Then the litte boy came and handed me a glass of water. He was concerned and watched me drink it.

Then he hugged me really tight. "Don't worry." He said and dried my tears.

I wish...
