Victor left Cyrus to rest in the bedroom. After seeing such a change in Cyrus, he had become quite concerned. The King wondered if his love had gotten into a dispute with Garth. When he saw the pile of drawers and furniture placed up against the door, what more could he do but wonder what Cyrus was escaping from? Garth seemed to be the only thing that crossed the King's mind.

Victor walked about. He shook his head lightly before coming to a halt at Garth's door. He knocked, only to hear Garth hush someone. "Lord Garth? I need to have a word with you. Now." The red haired male brushed his hair back into a sleek mess.

Garth soon opened the door. His raven black hair was in a spiked mess, and all he wore was a loose sheet around his hips. The thin male's pale skin was beaded in sweat, and his breathing a bit off, "Uncle! I didn't expect you to be back so soon. Tell me, what did the Elder's have to say on the matter, hmm?"

The ember eyed male gave a light shake of his head. He crossed his arms before giving a light sneer of his lip, "They wish for peace. In fact, they didn't recall even sending a letter regarding my fiance." Victor tossed the envelope on the floor in front of Garth, "Forging my seal can easily get you taken for treason." The tall male took a step forward as he pushed the door open a bit. His red markings glowed as he moved forward and leaned over Garth. The King's fingers wrapped tightly around the door frame. He let out a low growl as he cocked his head, "Are you going to tell me why you did this? What did you do to Cyrus? He's scared out of his damn mind!" Victor was beyond furious, "You're not going to go anywhere near him again, do you understand me? I don't want to hear a damn word come out of your mouth that is directed towards him. For you, he no longer exists as a Prince, he is my fiance, and soon to be Queen. We're leaving tonight. I'm sure the sooner he's out of here, the better off he'll be."

Garth took a step forward this time. His white eyes dimmed as he grabbed ahold of the door frame and leaned towards Victor. The male scoffed. He gave a light roll of his eyes before slightly grinning, "You're right, perhaps it is best that you and the soon to be Queen leave my home and return to your rightful throne." Garth didn't intend on letting Victor in. Nor did he wish for him to see what hid behind his door, "Listen carefully, Uncle. Do not threaten me. I merely provided the letter that was given to me. I understand that forging a fake seal would get me locked away for a very, very long time. Why would I go through such trouble?" The raven haired male brushed his fingers through his hair. He wasn't letting Victor intimidate him this time. He got what he wanted, and had other things to protect behind the door, "I don't wish to ever see your Queen again. Keep it where it's safe. That sprite is afraid of breathing. Of course he's going to overreact. Just let one of the house keepers know to have the horses hooked to your carriage. I'll see that you're both gone before nightfall." With that, Garth slammed the door shut, and it was followed by it locking.

The room went silent, and Victor could no longer hear anything from the outside room. He took a deep breath before heading back towards the room with Cyrus.

Cyrus stood quietly in the bedroom. All his things were already packed and neatly stacked. The blonde was ready to leave and get away from the man that ruled this land. The sprite wanted nothing more to do with Garth. Truly, he wished he could bring Ashton along with him, but after he had started locking himself away, the less he heard from the blue haired male.

Victor soon opened the door. He looked towards Cyrus before giving him a warm smile. He moved forward before taking his lover into a tender embrace and holding him tightly. The red haired male took a deep breath as he pressed his lips against the Prince's forehead. Prior from talking to Garth, he had checked Cyrus for any more sort of injury. Though, none were present, "We'll be leaving soon. A few of the house keepers will be up yo remove your items shortly. They'll get them packed up and well be on our way." Victor stroked Cyrus's cheek, "What happened, Cyrus? Why won't you tell me?" The larger male took Cyrus's hips and pulled him close against him, "You know I won't let him touch either of you." Victor placed his hand on Cyrus's stomach, "You're pregnant? Truly?"

The blonde gasped as he was pulled against the larger male. Cyrus smiled softly. His arms wrapped tightly around his shoulders. Victor was warm and his tender grip comforting and familiar. It was safe there in Victor's arms, and Cyrus knew it, "Good, the sooner we leave the happier I'll be."

As the King began to question him once again, the Prince tensed. He shifted against him before giving a soft shrug, "I just wanted to stay in my room. I told you I didn't want to be alone with him. That's all." Cyrus looked down. He wanted to tell him the truth, but he wasn't ready. The Prince hoped he'd be more at ease once they were a good couple days away. Then maybe he could talk Victor out of going back or worse, leaving him behind. 'Tainted..' Cyrus thought. At the mention of his pregnancy, the blonde tensed. He knew for certain the child was Victor's. He knew before Garth's plan of humiliation. Which gave him quite a relief, "Yes, my Lord. I found out before you had even left. I-I just didn't want you to worry before your journey. I was scared." Cyrus pressed his palms against his eyes, "I didn't want Garth to know. I-if it's a boy, he'll be angry. What if he hurts him?"

Victor shook his head. He scooped Cyrus up in his arms and held him close against his broad chest. He kissed his forehead tenderly before taking a deep breath. The male had a guilt about him. He had left his baring lover alone, "I should of took you with me, but I promise so long I am breathing I will not leave your side unless there are no other options. The child will be safe. Once we leave you'll have nothing to worry about, alright? I promise, I will not let you or our child down. We will get out of this place, and you will live in eternal peace with me."

'Eternal peace?'
