During dinner, Cyrus hadn't realize how much he had drank. If course, he had never been drunk. The sprite's mind just felt blurred. Garth and Victor argued back and forth about their agreement with Lord Tyron. Including how he would feel about Cyrus.

"Lord Tyron has always been a man of love." Garth commented, grinning lightly as he cocked his head for a moment. He sounded very sarcastic, "He'll have his own magical lovers with him." The male chuckled softly before shaking his head lightly, "I doubt he'll care to much." Garth shrugged lightly.

Cyrus listened for a moment. He let out a deep sigh before standing up from the table, "Victor, do you care if I go lie down? I'm ready for bed." Cyrus rubbed the back of his head lightly. He shifted back from them. His cheeks were flushed a crimson red as he looked about the room. Cyrus felt as if his heart was going to explode. He was clearly drunk, and seemed to be paying the price.

Victor smiled softly. The male stood up and walked over to Cyrus before taking the sprite's hand in his own, "I'm going to lay him down to rest. We'll talk more after I get him settled." The red headed male held Cyrus up against his chest before mumbling quietly, "We'll discuss more in depth once he's rested."

Cyrus's mind was fuzzy. He looked about the room as he held on to Victor. The male's hiccups were constant, and his cheeks flushed deeply as he held on tightly to Victor. Cyrus gave a light shake of his head, "Why was that so strong?" Cyrus mumbled. His held the side of his head tiredly before letting out a soft sigh. The small male held on tightly to his lover's hand. His cheeks flushed in frustration as he looked about nervously. The young male rubbed his eyes tiredly before looking up at Victor, not realizing the two of them had already started moving.

The King gave a light shake of his head. He looked down at Cyrus before letting out a soft chuckle, "I didn't realize you've never had ale before." The male brushed his fiery red hair back as the two of them walked, "I must apologize for Garth's words. I know he can be quite cruel." He sighed softly before giving a light shake of his head, "He'll understand, darling. Change takes time. Correct?" As he spoke, he pushed the door open to their room and led Cyrus inside. He helped him lie down on the bed before pulling the blanket over him, "Why don't you rest a bit? I have matters to discuss with the Lord's that live in Farwood. Do get rest love, I'll be back soon." With that, Victor leaned down and kissed his forehead softly. Soon after, he made his leave and left the young male to sleep.

Cyrus fell back tiredly in the bed with a soft thud. He gasped softly as Victor tucked him into the bed. His wings gave a light flutter as he rolled on to his side. "You're not going to stay in here with me? It's still cold." The male gave him a flustered look. He yawned tiredly, barely able to keep his eyes open. The Prince felt a tender kiss against his forehead as he drifted to sleep. Exhaustion seemed to be his only escape.

How long had it been?

Cyrus awoke in a chair. The room was huge compared to him and everything felt so much bigger then it had been before. He looked about nervously before hearing a sudden woman scream and jumping to his feet and moving towards the noise, only to see his mother pushed back into a bed, his father unconscious and bleeding heavily from the head, and a man on top of his mother.

"Run Cyrus! Run!"

Cyrus's breathing grew heavy. What was this? Where was he? Where was Victor? His parents... The young male tried so hard to take flight, but everything failed him. He stumbled as he came across a creek and stopped. 'W-Why am I afraid of the water again? J-just jump in!' Hounds could be heard snarling viciously behind. The young male sulked and wrapped his arms around himself. He was frightened, and left without words.

Suddenly a man hovered over him. The dogs snarled and barked; snapping at him as the shadow lifted him from the ground once again. His legs dangled as he looked at the man. Cyrus gasped for air as he clung to his wrist. "W-why are you doing this? S-stop!"

The man laughed hysterically. His head cocked to the side in a odd manner. A sly grin ran across his lips as he leaned voiced to reveal his face, Garth. He cocked his head in a hysterical manner, "I've always wanted to know, can water sprite's drown?"

"W-what? No, stop!" Cyrus kicked hysterically as his face was submerged into the darkened waters, and blackness shrouded him.

"A-ah!"
