CHAPTER 23 : GOODBYE

Rachel and Baekhyun batted their breath, when the door knob twisted to open. Baekhyun pulled Rachel to his side as they hide behind the door, gesturing his index finger on his lips to be silent. The door creaked open, as a man in black stepped in, Baekhyun knew him, he was the same guy who usually comes to give him food. The man's eyes widen in horror when he found both chairs empty.

"Oh Crap, boss gonna kill me for sure." He mumbles before switching on his ear piece, "Code red, the rat is out of the cage."

Before he could turn back to leave the room, Baekhyun threw a kick in his back, the latter fell on his stomach. Baekhyun jumps on his back, and before the man could register anything, he twists his neck with bone crushing sound, leaving man lifeless on the ground. He turned to look at Rachel who was shivering, witnessing, the killing right in front of him.

An emergency siren goes off alerting the two, Baekhyun quickly grab her wrist dragging her out of the room. Little did he know that his every single move was being watched by the man on the crown as well via CCTV.

He drums his fingers rhythmically on the the wooden table, shifting his gaze from one CCTV to the other. His eyes flashing an amusing glint as an evil smirk stretched to his lips. Hoseok who was watching everything unfolding on the large screens, turned to look at him. "What you're gonna do about it!?"

He chuckled before pushing himself up from the chair, looking at the large screen. "For now, I'm just gonna enjoy this."

Hoseok's eyes glued to the screen, he let out a silent scream. "Hyung, Sehun..."

He turned to look at the screen, Sehun has arrived with his team. He chuckled darkly, Aah things just got interesting.

"Hoseok, shut down the lights to dim red, alert everyone. I'm so gonna enjoy this."

"But... Shouldn't we leave first!!?"

"We'll leave but after a little show, now do as I say. One more thing not single scratch on Taehyung, keep him out of all this"

"Okay, guys you know what we have to do." Sehun says earning a nod from everyone. He stopped dead in his tracks with the blowing of siren within the building.

"Do they know we're here!?"

"Maybe or Maybe Baekhyun has done something. Luhan we have to get inside fast."

Luhan nods and they both reach the entrance of the building, two guards suited in black stands there. Sehun quickly stops them extending his hand.

"There are so many guards around the building. What is he a president or something." Kris scoffs.

"The building has around ten floors, how would we know where Baekhyun and Rachel is." Suho voices out his thoughts.

"Okay here's the change in plan. Kris, Tao and Xiumin you will be covering them from the above, that's the roof of the building."

"But how..."

"Chen..." Sehun cuts off Tao by calling Chen through earpiece.

"I'm on it, you guys just have to give me ten minutes. Helicopter will be arriving soon, go in the middle of the forest, I'm sharing the location."

With that Kris and team marches towards the location sent by Chen, leaving Luhan, JongIn, Suho, Lay and Sehun to move further with their team of agents. Sehun quickly gestures Jongin, Suho and Lay to go through the other side while he asked Luhan and other agents to cover him.
