Jorney's POV
"What the hell?" I said as we walked in the cafeteria.
Rose and I were just standing in the doorway, glued to our spots as we looked around the cafeteria. Carter, Chance, and Tanner were all looking at us now.
"Oh please." She cried, "Not the hair."

Cole's POV
After the little altercation with Rose, I went to the boys locker room to clean this shit off of me. If that would've happened to anyone else, I would've been pissed as hell.
But it was Rose.
God she was so beautiful. With her midnight black hair and her light green eyes that reflected the color of glass. She was also so small and delicate. I smiled as I thought about how easy it was to pick her up.
I know your thinking, wait, bad boys don't do relationships. But that's a bunch of bullshit. I never even used to be this so called 'Bad Boy'. It just kind of start to happen after my mom died of cancer.
*Flashback
"Can I go in to see her?" I asked the doctor who took care of my mother.
I had just been told that my mother only had a few more hours to live. Yes HOURS. I was 15 years old and I didn't deserve this.
She didn't DESERVE this.
"Sure," she responded. I walked back to the hospital room to see my mother lying in bed. She looked so weak, so fragile, and so small. My mother, the strongest person in the world, looked as if one touch would break her.
I went over to her bed and grabbed her bony hand. She opened her eyes and gave me a crackly smile.
"My boy." She said.
I looked down at her with tears in my eyes.
"Mom, you can't go. You just can't! You're all I have left." My dad died when I was 2 years old of a heart attack.
She looked at me with a look of sadness as if I was breaking her heart.
"Cole. I will always be with you." She said.
I looked at her, knowing she was lying.
She then pointed to my heart. "Right there is where I will always be, my son. Right there."
I then broke down crying. How could God take away a strong willed woman like her? He couldn't have her. I wouldn't let him. I wouldn't let him.
"Mommy. Pl-please. You can't leave me. You're my world."
She looks at me with tears streaming down her face. "I will always be A PART of your world Cole, I will never leave you Cole."
I had nothing left. Love seemed like nothing when it came to describing how I felt about her. She was apart of my heartbeat. She was my mom.
And I loved her.
"I love you Mom." I said
"I love you more." She said.
She smiled as her eyes started to close for the final time. Forever.
"I love you to the moon and back." I said
