Regrets and Darkness (Hero's Shade)

Chapter 3

I wake up,the sunlight blinded me through the armor.I yawn deeply and sit up.My stomach rumbled.Sure I'm dead,but food is still a priority.I get up and grab the small bow from my bag.Hunting time.

I start walking quietly,step by step.The I hear a rustle in some bushes.I string the bow back.The rustles get louder and I see small white fur peak out from the bush.I let go of the arrow,and it hits directly onto target.I grab the animal,it was a small rabbit.The fur red in dark blood.I pull out the arrow,and prepare a small fire.

I throw small sticks into a pile.First,I smash my sword against some rock.The sparks make a burst of fire.I cut off the fur.Then,I impale the small corpse with my sword.Finally,I lift my sword above the fire.I stare into the fire.The sunlight slowly started to sink.7:59pm,Twilight hour.Being hero of time gave me the ability to know the time anytime.

Twilight was a strange time period.Every time the sun sank into the horizon,I would feel depressed.Well that's how it used to be,now being depressed is common.I take a bite off my rabbit meat.

Once I'm finished,I stare at my armor.Were did it even come from?Well I'm just lucky I found it,who cares on were it came from,at least I'm not naked.My stomach still rumbles loudly.What?I just ate an entire rabbit!
I force myself to go hunting again.I caught 3 rabbits and a small squirrel.I eat them,yet I'm still hungry.What the hell!?Why can't I eat?!Finally,I give up on eating.I put my hand straight through my rib cage.Its weird to touch my own bones,usually it was the bones of a stalfos.

A stalfos.I remember something I found in a book at lake Hylia's laboratory."Stalfos-monsters from the Lost woods that used to be adults,yet they died and had no fairy.Forcing them to turn into skeletal creatures."Is it possible that I turned into a stalfos?Possibly...but I still had some flesh.What if I am a stalfos?Does that mean I'm a threat to hyrule?
