Regrets and Darkness (Hero's Shade)

Chapter 14

I stare at the mirror in confusion.Half of my face had somehow fused with the mask.My pupils were still there,but one of my eyes were blue while the other was red.Some of my hair turned white.Half of my face had blue and red markings.

The mask...I transformed...but only a little.I put the mirror into my bag of items.It can be useful sometime.I put my helmet back on.I think of Zelda.The princess I swore to save...is scared of me.

I summon a bunch of lizalfados.I start to fight them.I start whistling the song of storms.Once I'm done I stare at the mess I have made.Then a wave of depression hits me.I feel my eyes tear up.The wave hit me so hard it left me out of breath.I don't want to be here anymore...I want to go home.

I lift my bloody sword and point it towards my eye.I am a hero...I must destroy all evil...all threats.I hesitate.No I must die!Im not worth anything...I hear quick footsteps."LINK!!!NO!"I don't listen and I thrust the sword into my eye.My vision slowly starts shrinking to black.I fall into Zelda's arms.All I see is red.I feel myself fade slowly away.Everything instantly turns black.

But then I see a small blue light.I came closer towards me."Link...Hey!Link!"The light comes closer and I see it have a small pair of wings."Navi?"

"LINK!"The darkness is overcome by a blinding light.Zelda appears over me.I lay in her arms."Link?Are you ok?Your eye..."She places a hand over my eye...except there was nothing there.I stand up."Mortals shouldn't touch there gods.BOW DOWN MORTAL!"Were is this all coming from?Im not the one talking!"I ordered you to do something!"I slap her."LISTEN TO YOUR GOD!"

Zelda!Just bow down!I don't want to hurt you!She does not bow.I make a deep growl.All of the sudden a huge sword appears in my left arm.The Fierce Deity's Sword.
