Sohye stumbled into her bedroom and collapsed onto her bed. Eunsoo couldn't possibly be lying right? Minho is the liar. I can't trust him... Why would she lie to me? I'm her best friend... she decided to text Eunsoo to confirm it again.

Eunsoo🌱

Eunsoo-ah...

message not sent.

Sohye frowned. Did Eunsoo get a new number? Why did she not tell me? Sohye accidentally scrolled up and realized the last time she texted her was around two weeks ago. She also realized that Eunsoo had never given her her new address and cut off all contact with her.

After asking her previous classmates and friends, she was told Eunsoo's new school namd. Sohye decided to go see Eunsoo herself.

Hyejin was almost home and sighed. It's the beginning of the school year and she had already sense upcoming drama. She then saw Felix walking slowly to his house. She wondered if she should run up to him or not.

he's nothing but trouble

Sohye's words echoed in her head. He seems harmless, though, Hyejin thought, and headed to Felix and walked beside him. Felix glanced at her, surprised. "What?" He said in a raspy voice.

"Nothing. I just wanted to walk with you." Hyejin told him, and he didn't respond. They walked together with Hyejin a step behind. "How did you become friends with the rest of... Stray Kids?" Felix looked straight into her eyes. She noticed how his eyes shined in the sunlight. They were so beautiful, like twinkling stars.

"We just... it was just a coincidence." He said quietly and walked faster so Hyejin would stop asking.

The next day, Kim Sohye skipped school and walked around the school during the afternoon, hoping to see Eunsoo. After around ten minutes of walking around, she asked a girl if she knew Shin Eunsoo.

"Of course! Eunsoo is very popular- almost everyone knows her." The girl informed. Really? Before Eunsoo transferred, she was pretty introverted and only hung around with me. "If you want to see her, she's at the park near here. She's probably with her boyfriend."

What? "She has a boyfriend?"

"Yeah, his name is uhh Park Jihoon." Park Jihoon. Shin Eunsoo. Park Jihoon. Shin Eunsoo...

Sohye didn't even wave goodbye and just headed unstably to the closest park. She found Eunsoo and Jihoon sitting side by side on the swings, with their fingers intertwined. Eunsoo stopped smiling when she saw Sohye come closer.

"S-Sohye-ah.." Eunsoo began. Jihoon turned to Sohye.

"Shin Eunsoo, can I talk to you for a second?" Eunsoo looked at Jihoon and he nodded. Eunsoo got up and walked behind Sohye, uncomfortably, until they stopped by the water fountain.

"Um, h-how are you..?" Eunsoo stuttered awkwardly.

"Did you get a new number? You deleted your social media account. You stopped calling and texting me. It's like you wanted to delete me out of your life. Am I being a nuisance? I thought we were friends. Do you not think that way?" Eunsoo seemed to be getting frustrated. "What have I ever done to you? Why are you being like this? Minho. Why did you lie to me? And... Jihoon. Are you dating him?" Sohye frowned. "You knew I liked him... why would you..?"

"What did you ever do to me? Why am I being like this? You're so selfish, Sohye-ah." She laughed. "I was the only one suffering. It was so suffocating talking to you. You would take every single thing away from me, but that's fine. I don't care anymore about the past. Just please, leave me and Jihoon alone." Eunsoo's eyes were angry and red. In the corner of her eye, Sohye could see Jihoon walking towards them.

"Eunsoo! Are you okay?" Jihoon took Eunsoo's hand and looked at Sohye, disappointedly. "I thought you were her friend."

Sure. This is all my fault.
I'm the one to blame.

Sohye kicked Jihoon and ran to the bus stop. You've changed, too, Park Jihoon. I thought you understood me.
