Hyejin weakly arrived home and plopped onto her bed. She heard the door open. "Honey?" Her mom called.

"Hmm?"

"Do you want to move to the United States?" Her mom asked.

Hyejin got up. "Why are you asking so suddenly?"

"Well, your grandparents and your little brother are there and your dad found a decent job in the U.S." Her mother said.

"Oh. I'll think about it."

"Okay, tell me before school ends for you."

"Okay." Hyejin heard the door shut after her mom walked back out. Should I...

Hyejin arrived at the shop. She was there first and she ordered a drink and snacks. She was almost done when Chaeyeon arrived. You invited me, yet you're the late one. Chaeyeon placed her bag down and sat on the chair across Hyejin's. She obviously has something to tell me. We barely talk. Why would she suddenly ask to meet up?

Chaeyeon spoke first. "Do you want to order something to drink?"

Hyejin already threw her bubble tea out when she finished it. "No. I finished my drink already." Chaeyeon didn't apologize for being late and started reaching for something in her bag.

"Please just tell me what you want." Hyejin said and Chaeyeon looked up at her. "You called me here for a reason."

Chaeyeon didn't smile. "I did. Okay, then. I'll cut the chase." She took out a white envelope and slid it to Hyejin.

"What is this?"

"Open it." Hyejin dipped the top open and saw a bunch of fifty dollar bills. She almost laughed. Is she trying to bribe me? "It's exactly as what you're thinking. I'm bribing you."

"And what for?"

"...stay away from Lee Felix." Chaeyeon said as she stared directly into Hyejin's eyes. "I'm warning you."

"Why should I listen to you?"

"He's just playing with you. Ignore your ugly feelings and stay away from him. He's going to be my boyfriend."

Hyejin almost choked when she heard those words. "Excuse me?"

"This really isn't going to work is it?" Chaeyeon pulled out her phone and showed Hyejin a voice recording.

"Is that why you punched me? It's not like everyone loves her."

"Changbin! Stop!!!"

"I told you! Before Jihyo's birthday!"

"No!"

"I did what you asked! Hyejin said she likes me."

"Then why..."

"I told you, not everyone loves Jihyo. You can't force-"

Chaeyeon paused the audio and examined Hyejin's face. Chaeyeon was surprised Hyejin had a neutral face on. Hyejin slid the money back to Chaeyeon and got up.

"I hope you realize that I'm not as shameless and pathetic as you and my family is well-off. Also stop making things so dramatic." Hyejin walked out of the shop.
