--Bruce POV--

I was walking down an alleyway one day when I noticed something unusual in the corner of my eye. I usually walked these labyrinth like passes and nothing ever seemed to change, except today. I noticed something, a pale pink dirty blob of fur laying on the ground next to a dumpster. It was shivering, it's face hidden, and soaked by the night's rain. I couldn't just leave it to die, so I walked over and touched it faintly. No reaction from the matted fur. I poked it again then it jumped noticing me. "It's okay it's okay! I won't hurt you! I just want to help," I tried to say reassuringly. It looked at me, it's brown eyes hazy. Its so weak! If it doesn 't get help soon it might die! I gently pick up this strange pink animal, it looks kinda like a small alpaca or something. It seemed to instantly fall unconscious in my arms. I rushed back to my apartment and wrapped a towel around the poor freezing animal. Trying to dry it off to the best of my abilities, he slowly comes to. "Hey bud, you okay? Can you stand?" I ask as if it could understand me. His eyes seem a little more lively just being out of the cold. He looks at me and tries to stand but fails topping over. "Take it easy there lad.. I don't want you to hurt yourself," I said worried that he might hurt himself if he pushes himself to hard. Snorting, seaming to be an almost sneeze or a snort of determination, he stands and shakes himself off. I'm happy his strength is already back, and he seems to be doing better. I better take this little guy to the vet just to make sure he's okay. I kinda live in the shags of my city but I'm sure I can find a good vet within 30 minutes. I wrap the towel around the small alpaca and picked him up. He was confused and kinda kicked his legs a little as if he were trying to swim. I giggled a little and carried him out to my roommates car who was actually at the apartment the whole time. "Where the heck are you going with my car?!" He asked alarmed that I was trying to borrow his brand new Montecarlo. "I need to take this little guy to the vet. I need to borrow your car or you can drive me either one," I said with a hand on my hip clearly meaning business. He sighs and jumps in the front seat, and I get in the passenger seat putting the alpaca on my lap to calm him from the weird moving box on wheels. After a few minutes of driving and needing help from google we found the vets office and parked in the parking lot.
