Better to be a strong man with a weak point, than to be a weak man without a strong point. A diamond with a flaw is more valuable that a brick without a flaw.

When Jumin offered to give me a ride, I expected him to drive. Instead, we were both being driven as we sat in the back of a car. Jumin is, like I've said before, incredibly attractive. Everything about him is a commanding personality, but not so commanding that you feel controlled. Perhaps, that's just for now though. I don't know him very well, but I want to.
He's holding his cat right now, so gently that it seems natural for them. I've never really seen a cat consent to being held, let alone encourage it. Elizabeth seemed to gently press her head against his neck, while Jumin held her nearly like a baby. They were just about cuddling. She should really be in her crate, but as Jumin said "She was really well behaved today. I wouldn't put her in that crate considering how sweet she was."
On the other hand, Jumin looked tired, but not unnaturally. He didn't look as though he hadn't slept, but only as though he was exhausted with the day. Even Elizabeth looked tired.
"Jumin, Elizabeth looks sleepy," I mentioned.
"Oh. She does. Driver Kim?"
"Yes?"
"Please stop by my penthouse."
"Yes, Mr. Han."
Oh. Great. I was stopping by Jumin's house now. Just what I wanted right now. Hopefully, he'll let me stay in the car.
"It'll be good for you to be familiar with where I live, in case you have to make a house call. Let's hope that never happens, but just in case, I want a fast response, so why don't you follow me up?"
I've never seen a hope absolutely murdered so quickly by one person. What a talent.
"You know, Miran, you're doing an excellent job with Elizabeth."
"I'm just doing my job."
"If that were so, I don't think Elizabeth would be responding like this to you. Don't you think she'd treat you how she treats Assistant Kang? You seem to really understand her. I don't know how you do already, but you do. Elizabeth will have difficulty forgetting you if Mr. Park pulls off a miracle and keeps you in his department. I'm beginning to hope he doesn't."
"Uh...um..."
"You should stop stuttering like that. It makes you sound distracted," Jumin said, calmly.
"Oh...uh...yeah. I guess it does."
"Miran. What did I just say?" Jumin said, looking over at me, prompting Elizabeth to as well. "Are you stuttering because of me?"
Oh dear. "I...I don't think so."
"Perhaps I've spoken too much. I hope I didn't make you uncomfortable."
"You're okay," I said. We were quiet until we arrived at his penthouse.
"Without traffic, it's 15 minutes away from C&R. With traffic, it's 30 minutes. I live on the top floor, obviously." He met his body guard at the door.
"This is Miran Bae. Memorize her face. She may have to stop by in an unexpected moment," he said to them. Jumin handed one of them Elizabeth's travel crate and walked immediately into his elevator. He held the door for me, but I doubt if I had taken a second longer, that I would've made it into it.
When we arrived, we were facing the door to his penthouse. "This is it," he said, going to open the door.
"Oh, great. Now that I know where it is-"
