"Your sister talks about you a lot." Erik said to me from the silence.

I flopped myself on the bed in my old room. "Oh really? What does she say about me?" I asked. Even though we knew about each other, theres no avoidance on change in thought; which was most likely to occur in the way we both Raven and I talk about one another.

Erik beamed. "She says youre an intellectual miracle with high standards." He glanced around the room. "Well from the looks of this place you seem to be far more than just looks and brain." I felt flattered from what he said. Erik proceeded to pace around staring at my old dusty and odd belongings littering the spaces.

He picked up a record from my vinyl record collection and skimmed it. The look on his face seemed very pleasing to look at; like the crinkle in his eyes, the way his fingers grazed the smooth sleeve surface, and his lips forming a sly smirk.

"Abba." He said; putting up the record of the band to me. I blushed at his pick. "Guilty pleasure of mine." I proudly said as I proped myself up on my shoulders.

When Erik reached my big telescope situated by the balcony, he bent down to look through the lens. Obviously, this gave me a great opportunity to admire the way his firm-like and structured butt protruded through his illegaly exposive shorts. Damn this was harder than I thought.

"Are you into astrology? I hear its a lovely topic." I asked. Erik slightly turned and still bent when he glanced at me. "Sort of but I dont really find it exciting."

I muttered a small 'oh' while I fully sat up straight. Erik gave one last few looks around my room before retreating back to me. "I got to say youve got a wonderful choice of books. I do believe Raven that we both could actually get along well."

I hummed through my coy smile. "But I think thats the most shallow reason for us to be that close my friend." I stood up; reaching for the chess board on the shelf above my bed. With eager delight, I opened it up and raised it up to my chest. Erik's eyes widened a bit upon seeing the board.

"I think this would deepen our supposed brotherly spiritual bond." Slowly, I rubbed my hand over the dusty spots. "A cup of tea over a game of chess perhaps? I feel like you might."

Erik's eyes trailed from the board up to mine. He looked at me with great appreciation and wanting. "I can see it in your eyes that you might as well be well aquainted with a chess board more than any other hobby." I added.

"You read my mind well. Nice observation there Charles. How do you do it?" He playfully asked.

I rolled my eyes. "Duh I was born with the talent." I joked. "Thats how I know people."

Erik stepped closer; still keeping the strong gaze at me. "But can you read what people are truly inside?"

"No I was joking it was pure exagerration my friend." I chuckled; shaking the chess board too. Erik smirked and placed his big hand on my shoulder.

"Great, lets keep it that way." He said as he exposed his set of white teeth.

Upon seeing his odd smile, I felt a bothering sensation in the back of my mind. I was rather feeling a little bit pressures when he placed his hand on my shoulder; as if it was something strange about the way Erik positioned himself before me and how he lowered his voice.

I knew Erik would be sexy and all, but that was too shallow to commend as 'Erik' as a whole. Probably I have seen him somewhere based on the familiarity of his voice. It was like I had seen him or even met hin before.

Suddenly, his voice broke me away from my thoughts. "Charles, are we up for chess later or what?"

"Oh sure. Lets do it by the lake."
