"Charles! Have you seen my paracetamol?" Hank shouted from the porch, walking out with his swim wear on. I stood up from my seat and cocked my head. "Paracetamol?"
"Yeah, its the pills inside a blue labeled bottle. It was beside you and Raven last night." He said. I thought long and hard to remember anything beside me but to no avail. I shook my head. "Nah man, sorry I didnt see anything. Oh but I did see your trifocals on the countertop!"
He stood there trying to register whatever I shouted back, after a fes seconds he nodded and thanked me before joining Scott and Jean by the pool.
Sweaty and feeling hot, I glanced down at the tulips that were blooming under the sun. It was a good hot morning to stroll by the big garden and feel the fresh breeze around me. The lake was calm as well as the silence eminatting from the trees behind it. There were birds chirping and flying around the branches too.
Stuck in a trance, I didnt notice Erik following me from behind. His towering shadow startling me. "Erik! My friend, I didnt see you there." I blurted out, pushing down my Wayferers.
Erik had his hands in his pockets. He smirked at me before pushing his shades down too to look at me directly with his eyes. "Well I was bored and Raven is somewhere doing her thing."
I nodded. "Do you think she did it?" I whispered as I leaned in closer to him. "Do you really think she's up to something?" Erik eyed me.
"Id like to think not. Its unlikely of her." He whispered back. "Lets just keep an eye on her for the meantime."
We fell silent for a minute before I asked Erik again. "Want to stroll with me? Im all by myself too." I gestured to the small garden gazebo. "We could sit there and talk too."
Erik glanced at the white structure before lokking back at me with a satisfied grin. "Sure, lets go." He skipped off in a sanguine manner. With a bag of seeds on my hand, I followed him whilst I threw the seeds on the path behind me.
Erik ran up then steps and plopped himself comfortably on the wooden seats. Savouring the cool breeze, I picked up a dandelion from the grass and raised it in the air. Small white specks came floating outwards when the breeze blew stronger.
"Charles! What are you waiting for? Come on its really nice here!" He summoned adamantly which I obeyed. Trying not to be vague about the temperature in the gazebo, I unbuttoned my top and took my bucket hat off. It suddenly recurred to me that we were alone again.
I took the chance to ask him. "Hey Erik." Which he hummed back. "What were you gonna say to me yesterday?"
His ongoing smile faded like a diamond losing its shine. My heart stopped when he turned away from me. Did I say something wrong? Why did he look doubtful all of a sudden.
"Erik whats wrong-"
"Nothing, it was nothing. I didn't mean to say anything important." He clarified in a monotonous tone. "Dont get your hopes up."
I looked at hin exasperated. "What? I dont get you." I shifted forward towards him. Erik simply scoffed as he spat on the grass. "Erik what do you mean?"
"Nothing! Stop asking youre not going to get an answer." He raised his voice as he scratched the tabletop. "You shouldve asked a rhetorical question instead."
"Okay I dont know what youre saying." I said confusingly. He seemed to have revoked what he had said before retorting back. "Just ignore everything we just said please? Its a beautiful morning and I don't want to spoil it."
"Well you just spoiled mine without answering my simple ass question." I stubbornely spat. "Just answer it normally. Dont act like some revolting bipolar asshole." My words seemed to had hit him hard. Gritting his teeth in frustration, Erik took his shades off. "Take that back!"
I revoked his request. "Not until you answer then simple fucking question."
"You want an answer huh? Do you want it straight up or do I have to elaborate the whole thing?" Erik mused with intent; eyes straining as they burned holes into mine. I impertinently replied, impinging my hands into the tabletop.
"What's your problem Lehnsherr?" I retorted with a glare. An impetus of restraint prevented me from making a move on the man. Erik impiously shouted again with his finger pointing at me.
"You! You are my problem Charles fucking Xavier." He franticaly said. My eyes widened in the surprise revelation. "What, How am I your fucking problem? I didnt do anything to you, you fucking prick!"
Suddenly, his hands grabbed me by the shoulders dauntlessly before pulling me forward like a lifless ragdoll and smashing his lips on mine like a madman.
I sqeaked from the sudden act as he pulled me tightly in his embrace. I was bent over the table as he slid his tongue in mine which I mindlessly let him. My body faltered to the waves of potential desire springing forth to my soul.
I closed my eyes and moaned as he ran his hands down my half naked torso. But before I could feel the conplete bliss of his lips, they suddenly left me hanging.
"The problem is I love you... Charles Xavier." Erik whispered before walking away, leaving me there confused.
