Katie refused to leave Taylor's house. "I'm going to stay here so you're not by yourself."

"No I'll be fine." Taylor replied, happy that she had Katie as a friend.

Katie arched her eyebrow. "Yeah I know, but I want to make sure you're okay."

Taylor shook her head. "Whatever I say isn't going to change your mind, isn't it?"

Katie shook her head. "Nope."

"Well, I guess we should get your room set up." Katie shook her head.

"I can do it."

"You sure?" Taylor asked.

"Yeah," Katie said. "Stay there."

"Fine." Taylor huffed a sigh. She sat on her couch, Olivia jumping into her lap. "Hey Dibbles."

The cat meowed.

Katie had brought her cats, Carlos, Carla, and Cooper.

Her three cats seemed to get along with both of Taylor's. Carlos was a grump, and Taylor thought Olivia got on his nerves.

Katie came out of her room, and smiled.

Taylor was still upset about Chris leaving her, and her bit her lip trying to stop the tears.

Katie sat down next to Taylor, and pulled her into a hug. Taylor broke down into her friend's arms. Katie rubbed Taylor's back, trying to calm her. "I'm sorry," She says, trembling, "I keep crying like a little girl."

Katie smiled, and said, "It's okay. You're hurting. I get that." Taylor rubbed her eyes. "Let's go for a walk, and we can talk, okay?"

Taylor nodded. "Okay."

The two left Taylor's house, and they walked to one of the local parks.

The air was warm, with a slight breeze.

Katie turned to Taylor. "You sure you're okay?" Taylor nodded.

"I will be with a friend like you around." Taylor smiled.

Her heart ached, and she was upset. Having Katie with her helped her.

Katie winked at her. "I don't mind making you feel better."

Taylor grinned. "Thank you."

Katie jokingly shoved Taylor's shoulder. "Don't fall!" She laughed.

"You're a jackass." Taylor said, chuckling.

"I know." Katie laughed.

They laughed as they walked, and Taylor was feeling better.

She looked around, and she saw him.

She saw Chris sitting on a bench, looking at something on his phone.

Taylor pointed to him. "Katie, it's him."

"What?" She asked, and turned to see where Taylor was pointing. "That son of a bitch!" Katie ran forward, and Taylor grabbed her wrist.

Katie was much stronger than Taylor, and she practically dragged her over there. "Hey! Asshole!" She shouted. "What do you think you're doing breaking my best friend's heart?"

"Katie stop!" Taylor whispered, embarrassed.

Chris looked up, confused. "Oh, uh... hey..."

"I'm going to kill you!" Katie growled as Taylor dragged her away.

"Let's go back to my house." Taylor said, quickly walking out of the park.
