Riptid3's P.O.V.

After Wade, Sho, Daito, and Aech finish explaining what happened while I was replaced inside my own head, I sigh heavily before speaking.

"I'm sorry guys."

"Hey, don't be sorry. You didn't do anything wrong," Sho speaks up.

I laugh slightly. "Thanks, Sho." He gives me a smile which instantly makes me feel better.

"Now that's over. What's the game plan?" I inquire.

Aech smirks elaborates. Although, in the midst of it, I hear a buzz. I quirk my eyebrows and look at Wade who's fumbling around.

Ummmm...

"Samantha, you there?!"

SAM?!

"Yeah, I'm here. But I don't exactly have the greatest of news," she responds.

"What is it?!" Wade asks.

"They put a forcefield around the final challenge. It's in Anorak's castle on Planet Doom."

I ignore her after that because I'm so lost in a sea of happiness, that and I already knew where the challenge was. Everyone did thanks to Daito. Anyways, my best friends are all okay. I was worried sick about Sam since she was stuck in the same hell hole I was not too long ago. On the outside I may be smiling like a maniac, but I really don't give a flying fuck right now. I'm dragged out of my happy world when Wade says something that catches my interest.

"Okay, we're coming to get you."

"I'm out of the camp, but I'm going to help you guys," she says before I hear a click.

"Well, that settles it. Gear up guys," Aech says and hands me a visor and gloves. I smile and take them.

I stand over by Wade and get ready. I take a deep breath before I slide my visor over my head.

*time skip because author doesn't know what happens during this time frame*

My feet crunch as they hit the rocks on Planet Doom. I'm fully equipped with my favorite weapons, which I upgraded at the last minute with a few credits. I'm in between Aech, well, the iron giant, and Wade. We all seem to walk with confidence, I think. Hell if I know!

We all stop as we gaze at the barrier preventing us from securing the safety of the OASIS. I glance at Wade, who gives me a nod to signify he's ready. He steps onto a hill and begins his speech.

(Since I don't have the movie, this dialogue may not be accurate. I'll update it as soon as I get the movie. Please don't kill me!)

"Citizens of the OASIS, I'm here talking to all of you know because your future's being threatened. Like many of you, I only came here to escape, but I found something much bigger than just myself. I found my friends. And, I know this is a groaner, I fell in love! And now people have lost their lives. Ask yourself, are you willing to fight? Save the OASIS!"

He finished and I turned around. I looked at the horizon, hoping people were listening. I gaze at the ground out of frustration. Then I feel the ground shake and I hear a mumble of sounds coming from afar. I snap my head up and see a shit ton of avatars ready for battle. I smirk and turn towards the castle.

You ready to get your ass beat, Nolan?

I start running forwards with the rest of the avatars. I lose sight of Wade, Daito, and Sho, but I have confidence they'll be alright. Sixers suddenly come forth with a bunch of their machines. It's time to fix some sixers.

I just start firing my gun, zeroing out several people. I lose track of how many I've eliminated, but I run out of ammo. I groan and yank out my machete. I start slicing and I feel like a Winchester. I'm having a blast and then I hear a car. Car..?

Once my little area is clear, I turn towards the rumbling car noise and I see a Delorian. I smile and dash towards it. The door on the passenger side opens and I hop in beside Wade. He smiles but notices I don't have a gun. He gives me one of his and starts driving off with the doors open. I get an adrenaline rush from shooting all these sixers.

The rush ends when I run out of ammo for the second time that day. I sigh and throw the gun in the back of the car. I hear someone yelling from Wade's side.

Wade then gets a gun tossed to him. I'm in a state of confusion and he just shoots it. A group of three dozen or more sixers drop. I smile. Then someone tosses Wade something else. It's a doll and he just throws it back out with a yell It hits a sixer and I hear him exclaim, "Holy crap, it's fucking Chucky!"

I die of laughter in my seat. My eyes are shut tight and my hands are clutching my sides. That was too good! My attention is then directed towards the castle when I see the forcefield drop.

Arti did it!

We race off and I see Arti on my right, taking out a sixer machine. It explodes and she jumps off. Wade stops the car and Arti runs up to us. I jump out of the car and hug her. I'm crying tears of joy, but they stop when I hear a thud, followed by another.

I look towards the castle and catch a glimpse of a metal monstrosity.

Mechagodzilla?! Really Nolan?!
