╳ Life has never been this scary. Everything is going wrong, and because a small camera? Why would a camera be the source of literally every and anything? I found it so confusing, I stayed up all night, just thinking about it made me think of every downside of this, but nothing positive came out. If Logan dies, Roman would be crushed, literally. If Roman dies, Logan would be crushed too, but figuratively. If Patton died..

i wouldn't be able to live with myself.

If I died, I can't think of anybody that would actually care, I know Patton would but at the same time I felt like he wouldn't. I grabbed my phone off my nightstand to check the time, it was 3:30am. ' Holy shit I've been up for 3 (three) hours. ', I couldn't stand it anymore, I wanted to know what that camera is up to. I looked over at my boyfriend, even when he slept, he's still adorable, even if that did sound weird, it's true. I slipped out of Patton's hug, a small frown appeared on his face, then a pang of guilt hit me, I kissed his cheek and stepped out of my room. I scavenged in my backpack to find my camera, but it was different. There's a sticky note.

Well, now I'm absolutely terrified. Whoever this "Unknown" is needs some lessons in handwriting, either way, my body tensed, stomach churning with fear and my mind filled with swirling thoughts, I gulped. Do I really want to do this? Wouldn't I want to do this with Patton and the others?

no. I sighed softly and gripped the camera, walking to my door and opening it with a loud ass creek, my heart was in my throat as I looked around, no Patton. I walked outside and tried closing the door quietly until it shut loudly on its own. So much for trying anything. I proceeded walking and stepped outside in the middle of my apartment, a big field of lush grass was in front of me, and a cement maze that led to other apartments, along with big trees. I walked towards a tree and slumped down. " Alright, let's do this. ", I murmured and lifted the camera to my right eye, holding it with both hands. Everything was the same, nothing scary-
" boo. ", I dropped my camera on my lap, silently screaming as my heart raced. I thought it was Patton, but it wasn't, I lifted the camera up to my eye again. " Owie, that hurt dumbass! "
' rude. '
" Okay, you can hear me? "
" Yeah yeah, I can hear you. ", The camera wasn't talking to me, this young girl was. She was right in front of me, except, not really. Her hair was black, long and silky, her skin was pale and she wore a ragged hospital dress, she was barefoot. " th-the hell? What are you doing in the camera? "
" I am the camera, I got trapped in here by some bozo who considered me to be a "Labrat""
" Oh. ", I wasn't as scaried as I thought I would be, this creepy ass is chill. " Then what's your name? "
" Baby. B-A-B-Y, its a weird name but whatever. I'm the one corrupting your camera from the inside out. "
" Okay, do you have a job? Some sort of purpose for this whole hauting thing? "
" I want out. Every time I get passed on, nobody is ever willing to help me, remember Joan? "

" Uh, yeah? "
" Their dead- "
" DEAD?! "
" Yeah, Mr. Kina, Tayln, and Joan. I killed them. ", Baby said harshly. " Joan said that they'd help me, bullshit. I didn't get anything because they left me. If nobody helps me, I kill them. That's what Cory did. ", Baby mumbled that last part, I stayed silent. My mind eating up everything she's telling me. " Cory, he's the one in your camera, but somebody destroyed him and he died along with the camera. ", Her faced inched closer to the screen, a devilish look on her face. " did you destroy my Cory? "
" N-No! No, I didn't, my camera with Cory in it got lost, I kept it in my backpack but it disappeared the next day. "
" Okay, I trust you as mutal, of course. ", She moved back from the screen. " But the problem is, I'm forced to do bad things until I'm free, destroying me will just start over, new camera, worse problems. ", Baby said. " If you set me free, I will be free from this forsaken camera and you'll be free from the shackles of well, me!~ ", Baby said sweetly, her black hair covered her eye as she blew it away, showing a pair of bright green eyes. " How do I free you then? I'm willing to help. "
" You gotta find Remy and Day, he goes by Deceit though. "
" Remy and Deceit? "
" They made these things, curses- cameras? Whatever I dunno, but they'll know what you need to do, trust me. "
" Okay, Baby. ", I watched her wave as I put down, my arm tired from holding the camera, I opened my left eye, everything was blue, I rubbed it before standing. I sighed, happy to know there's a way to be free. I smiled a bit and walked but to my apartment, opening and closing the door quietly. " Good morning, Love. ", My breath hitched listening, a wave of gulit drowned me. " Patton-- "
" Virgil! I was scared! And I prayed that you'd come back and not end up hurt again! ", Patton walked up to me with glossy eyes. " VIRGIL I WAS- I WAS FREAKING WORRIED! IF YOU WANNA GO OUT ON A WALK OR SOMETHING LET ME KNOW DANG IT!! ", I could tell he wanted to curse, but he shed tears instead. " g-god Virge, I was scared.. Everything that's been happening is- is making me so much more worried about anything a-and-- ", Patton stuttered, his tears made me cry a bit too. " Honey, look I- "
" I'm just worried about you!! ", He shouted into my face and hugged me tightly, I held my boyfriend back as he sobbed into my shirt, I rested my head on his. " I'm sorry honey, just hold on. "
" hold onto what? "
" no, just- ", I sighed smiling. " Hold on as in things are going to get better. "
" Will they? "
" Don't think twice. Things are going to get better and I promise... "
