After a whole week of endless tests at school passed by and there  were finally two more weeks left and schools was officially over for summer vacation. This year all my friends were planning to spend their summer in town so I was happy that my parents decided on the same thing for once.

This whole week David did his best on not being jealous and tried to trust me more but I could tell that sometimes he wasn't able to keep his promise even though he never told me.

Today it was Sunday and we decided to go bowling.Me,David,Kristie,Scott,Anthony,Taylor,Mark,Andrew and Carol Andrew's new girlfriend that no one knew except him.

We met at eight o'clock outside the bowling center. We wore our bowling shoes Carol entered our names on the screen since she was the only one who knew how and we started playing.I wasn't really good at it but I was trying not to make a fool out of myself .It was my time to play for the second time and Mark stood up with me from our table.

"Let me help you on this one, okay?" He said picking a ball for me.

"Yeah, sure." I knew how David would take it but I couldn't say no.

"Here, take this one."He said giving me a light purple ball.

"Thanks.I like it." Purple was my favorite color since I could remember and although  I knew we shouldn't choose bowling balls only for their color that's what I always did.

"Good. Now put your fingers in the wholes and do what I'll show you."

He showed me how to move and then how to throw the ball and I did exactly what he did.

"Wow,Nice one Stef!Well done." He said and tapped my shoulder.

"Thank you." I hit seven out of ten and my smile was bigger than ever.

"Okay, now try to hit at least one,you can't hit them all." He said and gave me a ball.A green one this time.

"Thanks for the support Mark." I said pretending to be hurt by his words.

"I didn't mean it like that,I..." He didn't know what to say after my words.

"It's okay.I was just joking.I know what you meant." I said tapping on his shoulder and gave him a smile.

"Oh,okay. Now throw the ball." He said and I did what he told me to.

I hit just one as he said and we went back to our seats.I sat next to David and Mark sat a few sits away from ours.

"You said that I should trust you.Now I don't trust this guy." David said looking at Mark.

"Not here, not now David please." I said trying to keep myself and him as calm as possible.

"I'm doing this for you." He said and turned his look on me.

"I know." I sighed. He gave me a kiss on my forehead and stood up from our table to play his turn.

"Stef!" I heard someone call my name and turned around to see Mark waving his hand.

"I didn't mean to cause a scene between you and David.I don't know how else to say it but I don't see you this way." He said quietly.

"I know Mark,I know.He doesn't." I sighed turning my eyes to David.

"Do you want me to talk to him?" Mark said watching my confused expression.

"No,no don't.It's okay." I said trying to prevent this conversation from happening.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, totally." I said and ended our conversation as David sat next to me.

The night was quiet but fun as well.I improved my skills but it was obvious I needed more work than anyone else.We said our goodbyes with eachother and David drove me to my place. Our ride was quiet but when we he pulled over to my place he finally spoke.
