Chapter 15- My Love

(Your POV)

It's finally the weekend and what way to start it by knowing your best wants to surprise you. I had woken up and went downstairs to breakfast when my mom had given me a bouquet of flowers and a white envelope with my name on it.

"What is this?" I asked confused.

"Why don't you open it? and you'll find out. A little special someone came to drop it off this morning." My mom said with a grin on her face. I stared at her for a minute and went up to my room to open up the card with my bouquet of flowers in my other hand.

I'll pick you up at 3. I will be taking you on a once in a lifetime adventure. Pack your backpack with whatever you will need.

I looked up still confused on what was going on, but if it was anything to do with Thomas, I knew I would be happy. I went downstairs hoping my mom could give me some clarification.

"Mom? Do you know anything about this adventure that I'm going on with Thomas?" I said showing her the card.

"Well what does the card say?" She took the card from me and started reading it. "It says to pack your backpack with whatever you need, so you better start packing."

"Wait, so your gonna let me go this easily? What if it's a prank and I end up being kidnapped?" I said surprised at how calm my mom was.

"It's not a prank (y/n). You're gonna be fine. Now go and get ready and pack your things."

"But what do I pack? I don't even know where were going."

"Well pack what you think you might need." I just went back upstairs to get ready. I first went to pack my backpack. I didn't know what to bring, so I brought everything. I brought an extra pair of clothes, a bathing suit, extra shoes, a towel, my wallet, my phone, and a jacket just in case it gets cold. Then I went to get ready. I took a shower and put on comfortable shorts with a cute design on it and a black top with some converse. I put my hair in a side braid with a bun at the end. I was all set and had everything ready to go. It was just the right timing because one I was done the doorbell rang.

"Thomas is here!" My mom yelled.

"Okay i'm coming." I put my backpack on and head towards the door.

"Hi Tommy." I said. He was wearing a pair of pants with a casual shirt.

"You ready to go?"

"Yeah, I have everything."

"Okay, well Ms. (y/l/n), i'll make sure to bring her home by 9:30."

"Okay have fun you two!" My mom said as we started walking to his car.

"Wait, does that means my mom knew where your taking me?" I asked.

"Yup. She knew the whole thing." Thomas said wrapping his arm around my shoulder.

"And she didn't even tell me anything. That sneaky woman."

"Well i'm glad she didn't tell you anything because where were going is a surprise." We had gotten in his car and we were on our way.

"Can you give me a hint?" I ask as Thomas was still driving.
