Christmas Eve Dinner Gone Wrong.

Katie's POV.

I got Cody's christmas presents. i got him a couple of tank tops, a skateboard & a surfbroard. All of that added up to be like 800 dollars. Our "family"  is going over to his house for dinner, at 6. Right now it's 5. i have to get ready.

I went in my closet & got out my new skirt thats long in the back & short in the front, my light blue tank top & my white cammy. i jumped in the shower real fast, then got out & dried off. I dried my hair, then straightened it, it was really long, like almost to my hips. i did my make up then got dressed.

"KATIE, come on, its 6 , we are going to be late. your uncle has cody's presents already come on!"

i grabbed my heals, put them on her fast then ran down stairs.

"katie, you look beautiful. Your mom would be proud of you" i just smiled , a tear rolled down my face, we walked over to the Simpson's house. i was nervous, i don't know why. it was so cold outside it was insane. We got to the door. my Aunt knocked on the door.

Brad came to the door "welcome ! come on in ! Cody , katie is here!" he hugged all of us, then we walked into the living room. Cody came down stairs.

"Katie, come into the back with me"

i got up & went outside with him "its freezing outside babe, why are we out here!?

"because its about to snow." he put him hand on my face "you look beautiful, Katie"

i always blush when he calls me beautiful "thanks, you dont look to bad yourself, Cody" i laughed a little. something wet hit my head, i looked up. it looked like it was raining. "cody, its raining!"

he started to laugh "Cody come on ! lets go inside!" i started to run inside, but he grabbed me "Babe! its snow, not rain.. calm down" i looked at the street light "oh.. my bad" i started to laugh.

"now , come here." i walked over to him. he put his forehead agaisnt mine "i love you Katie. i've never felt this way, you're different from any other girl" i couldnt help but smile "i love you to Cody" before i knew it, his lips were pressed against mine. Brad came out in the middle of the kiss

"uh.. sorry to break it up. but dinner is ready" we pulled away as fast as we could, i couldn't stop laughing. Cody grabbed my hand & we walked inside. he pulled the seat out for me & i sat down.

We started to eat, i havent really been eating a lot. So i didnt eat much. "katie, is that all you're going to eat?" brad said while looking at my plate that had a piece of turckey & come corn on it "uh.. yeah, i am not very hungry." i smiled at him, he just nodded. When we all got done. it was present time. Well for me & Cody. I gave Cody his stuff first. My uncle brought the surfbroad in first, Cody opened it, his eyes grew so wide & the biggest smile came on his face "oh my god, babe! thank you!" he got up & hugged me "theres more" i pointed to my uncle, he was holding 3 boxs & his skatebroad. he opened all of it "thank you Katie, i love all of it," he kissed my cheek real fast.

"now, Katie, Its your turn" Cody gave me a box.. i opened it, it was a build-a-bear. "awhh, Cody" i smiled at him. "but this next one, you gotta come with me." he help me up, & went into the room by the front door. "close your eyes" i closed them like he asked. "now open" i opened my eyes to a beautiful ring & neckless. "cody.. oh my god, there beautiful. thank you" he put the ring on & the neckless. "promise me, you'll never leave me.." i looked at him, he was being serious "i promise." he smiled so big "one more thing.. look up" i looked up to see a misltoe. "hmm, i guess this means i have to kiss you now?" i got closer to him & we kissed. "i've always wanted to be kissed under a misltoe. thanks babe" i smiled. "well.. it just happened" Cody kissed me again.
