{A/N] sorry for the late update. I’ve been travelling on the road for two days now and didn’t have time. And when I finally did have time, I couldn’t find the chapter I saved! I later found out my cousin mistakenly deleted it while he was using my laptop!! I was so mad because it was really funny!!!!!

AND I STILL AM  -_______________-

I had to write it over and couldn’t really remember what I put :’’’’’’’’’’( … so here I tried …

“So what are we doing today?” I asked Samuel as we made our way out the building.

“Basketball,” he said.

I laughed. “Seriously what are we doing?”

“Basketball,” he said again with no humor in his voice.

Great. I wasn’t the athletic type and that’s why gym was my least favorite subject. If I had to choose between Gym and Calculus, I’ll choose calculus in a heart beat.

“Something wrong?” he asked when he noticed I didn’t say anything.

“Nope everything is perfectly fine,” I lied.

“You’re lying,” he said looking straight ahead as the basketball court came into view.

“I’m not the athletic type,” I admitted.

“I know,” he said turning his gaze to me.

“You know?” I asked a little confused.

“Yup,” he said popping the ‘p’. “I didn’t see any type of muscles on you when you wore that dress to the party.” He laughed.

“Well then,” I said crossing my arms.

“Do you even work out?” he questioned me.

“Does walking to the cafeteria and then back to my room count?” I asked hopefully.

“No,” he said. “You’ll gain like five thousand calories and only loose two”.

“Hey!” I said laughing while hitting him on his arm.

“Just stating the facts,” he said.

“Well those facts are wrong,” I defended myself. “I don’t eat that much.”

“Then explain to me why you had 10 pancakes on your plate yesterday morning.”

“I did not!” I yelled and noticed people turn to look at us.

“That’s not what I saw,” he said. I groaned in frustration. “Relax,” he said as we stopped at the court. “I was just joking.” I looked up at him and smiled.

“So are we playing by ourselves?” I asked and noticed he didn’t have a ball with him.

“I invited a few friends,” he answered. “Eddy, Nick and two girls; they’ll be here in a few. Watch out for the girls they can be a handful.”

I started feeling a little anxious because of what he said even though I shouldn’t be. I mean if I can put up with Corrie then I guess I can handle them. They can't be that bad right? At least I’ll be making more friends. I smiled at the thought. Me, Devil making friends…
