OTTTTTTTTAAAAAAAAAAAAAY

Here’s Chap 13.

Me make no promises about uploading soon… but I’ll try  ^_______^

I wasn’t sure if this was another dream but I heard a dryer, Gem arguing with someone on the phone and an alarm. I wanted to open my eyes but I was really tired.  I had a massive headache and the mark on my neck began to itch badly.

“Wakey wakey Devil,” said Corrie in a motherly voice as she gently shook me. I groaned and turned around. “We have classes today. Come on you don’t want to be late.”

I knew I had to get up. It was my first day of classes and missing them and getting in trouble would not be good on my record; especially since I’ve only been here for 3 days.

I got up slowly from the bed and yawn stretching my arms as far as it could go. There was a hint of darkness outside so I knew it must be really early.

Gem had on her bathrobe and a towel wrapped around her hair now off the phone with whomever she was arguing with. I wondered how she was feeling about the whole Sean thing and what she would do when she saw him.

I looked over and saw Corrie styling her hair in a side ponytail. She was fully dressed and her outfit was too cute. She wore white skinny jeans with a peach shirt that was only connected together by a bow. So you can see the majority of her back. I began to wonder if she was going to be cold but then stopped when I noticed she put a white cardigan over it.

I made my way over to the bathroom and decided to take a quick shower.  Before I turned the water on I heard Gem yelling at someone.

I quickly got out the shower and went in the room. Gem was fuming about something as I got dressed. I didn’t want to ask her because I saw that Corrie saying anything about it.

I opened up my suitcase and picked out something comfortable. It was my ripped light blue skinny jeans with a white laced tank top and a black sweater. I wanted to wear sandals but it looked breezy outside, so I quickly slipped on my black vans. My wet hair was now curling up, but I decided to just leave it because Gem and Corrie were now fully dressed and I did not want to slow them down.

“Ready?” Gem asked me eyeing me weirdly. “Look at you looking all dolled up”.

I gave her a look as she came closer to me.

“Your hair silly!” she said messing with a strand. “It’s so curly. I love it. You need to stop straightening it. It looks much better this way,”

Yeah right. I looked like I belonged in The Lion King. No way was I going to make this habit.

I quickly walked over to where my suitcases where and pulled out the cute black Mrs. Pac-man messenger bag that my grandmother got for me. I send a quiet thank you her way when I saw the books and supplies I would need.

Gem opened the door and I quickly grabbed my schedule.

“Aw Devil you have homeroom with Gem and I,” Corrie said looking at my schedule as we made our way towards the elevator. “Happy face.” She grinned widely and I couldn’t help but smile. Corrie was seriously adorable even though she was annoying at times.
