We found love in a hopeless place

A week after the drama with Mrs Pandora, I was making breakfast for Cheryl and Nanna Rose and Cheryl walked in. "Hey baby, how are you?" She asked. "Better." I replied and she sighed in frustration. "Look I know that that bitch of a teacher did shit to you, but I'm not her ok? I am your fiancé, I canceled vixen practice the day Mrs Pandora was a cow and you have missed three practices. I know you don't need a friend right now, but your friends sure as hell need you." She said and I smiled. "You're right, it's just hard because it makes me remember how trash your mom treated you." I replied. "Do you have any idea how good it sounds when you remind me that we're getting married." I said and she grinned. "Yep, and by the way, there is a vixen practice this afternoon." She said. "Ok I'll go." I said. "Good girl." She said. "Where's Cookie?" I asked. "She is sleeping." She replied. "Ok she'll be fine, we have to go to school." I said and we got our stuff and went to our bikes. "Are you coming?" Cheryl asked because I was talking to Sweet pea. " Yep I'm right behind you." I said and we got on our bikes. We rode to school and when we got there, we were met by Betty, Josie and Ronnie. "Hey guys, how are you?" I asked and they all smiled. "Well someone is feeling better." Josie said happily. "Yeah, all I needed was a few words of encouragement from this beautiful red head." I said referring to Cheryl and she blushed. "Not too bad yourself Topaz." She said and I giggled and kissed her. "How is your relationship so perfect?" Ronnie asked. "Because when you're in you're in." I said. "Um Toni can I talk to you for a minute?" Josie asked and I nodded and we walked away from the group. "So what's up?" I asked. "I think I like sweet pea." She said and I smirked. "Well, it is kind of obvious." I said and she rolled her eyes. "Just help me out here." She said and I sighed. "Well I don't know how to help you. I mean do you like him?" I asked. "Well how did you feel when you saw Cheryl before you got together?" She asked and I smiled at the memories of the butterflies. "It felt  like the world was better when she was with me. When she smiled it was like all the stars in the night sky couldn't compare to her." I said and Josie smiled. "Awww. That's so cute. Choni is goals." She said and I remembered something. do you think that I can give you advice on a guy? Hello I like girls." I said. "Come on we have to get to class." Josie said and we walked to class. I was bored during maths. I know this didn't end well last topime but I needed to text Cheryl.

Cha-cha: Hey baby, meet me in the change room in 10? 

Cherry 🍒: Well someone's confident. And sure see you then.

I grinned and I felt a nudge. I looked up and Veronica was giving handing me a note. 

Toni how can you be so dumb? After what happened last week.

I looked at her with a smirk and raised eyebrows. Then I put up my hand. "Can I please go to the bathroom?" I asked and the teacher nodded. I got up and walked to the change room for the vixens. Cheryl wasn't there yet so I sat down and waited. A few minutes later the door opened and Cheryl walked in. "Finally, What took you so long?" I asked. "Great to see you too. And I took long because we were talking about health and the teacher didn't notice me until after." She said and I kissed her. And she kissed back. I lifted her up and put her on top of one of the lockers. We were making out for a while. We were so distracted by each other's lips and hair that we didn't hear the door open. We heard a cough and we jumped apart. Standing there was Josie, Betty and Ronnie. "Um hey guys.." I said and Cheryl blushed. "Well we got  a tex from Ronnie that you were taking ages in the bathroom, and what a coincidence that Cheryl had been in the bathroom for a while. So we went to the bathroom and what a shock you weren't in there." Betty said. "Oopsies?" Cheryl said and I snorted. "Well you see, I did need to go to the bathroom. But I coincidentally ran into Cheryl and she was going to the bathroom too. And we did go. But we got sidetracked on the way back and accidentally ended up here." I said and Cheryl was trying really hard not to laugh. "Ok wow." Josie said and we all burst into laughter. "That story was so stupid that Archie seemed smart for a second." Betty said and Veronica scoffed. "I swear he Is in love with my dad and not me." Veronica said. "Well no offence Ronnie but I couldn't agree more." I said. "Well we better get back to class." I said and we all went back. The rest of the day went well. Now it's time for vixen practice. After practice, We were in the change room and I was getting ready to go home. Then I felt arms wrapping around me. "Come on, I wanna go." Cheryl said and I grinned. "Ok I'm coming." I said and we went home. We went inside and Nanna Rose was upset. "Nanna Rose What's wrong?" I asked and she looked at me sadly. "I think there's something wrong with Cookie, she isn't right." She said. I went over to Cookie and she didn't look well. "Cheryl! We need to take Cookie to the vet now." I said and she ran over to Cookie. "Let's go. I will text Maya to come and keep Nanna Rose company." She said and she got out her phone and I put Cookie in the car. "Maya and Riley are on their way. Let's go." She said and we drove to the vet. We got there and the doctors gave her a checkup. Then they gave her an X-ray. He checked the X-ray. "Well, I have some great news." The doctor said. "What is it?" Cheryl asked. "Cookie is expecting puppies!" The doctor said. "What?"
