Twilight reversed

Part 7

I was working up my nerve to ask the boy in biology what his problem was. But he wasn't there for 1 week I continued this same process without him there.
     He's here. We sat down and he looked out the window. Mr.Molino starts explaining our next project.
      " Hello, my name is Edward Cullen."
    I just stared at him in disbelief. He talks.
      "You're bella right?"
   I just nod.
       "You we're gone." I said.
       " Yeah I had some private business to take care of."
  Nod. Again. Mr. Molino passes around microscopes. I'm not quite sure what to think of Edward. But I mean he seems nice enough. I think maybe we could be friends. We're learning about the stages of mitosis. You know all that stuff. Well we make a great team.
    We were walking back to the cafeteria and his eyes were a different color. They were black now.
   "Is something wrong with your eyes? They were like gold the last time I saw you and they're black now."
      "No they're fine it's just uh the fluorescents."
He seemed a little hesitant in his answer so I think he might be lying. I don't really care though. But then again I care a lot at the same time. My life has always been a mess. Just constantly falling a part. And it doesn't help that I am constantly stumbling through life like literally stumbling. Edward feels like he can complete me but on the other hand so does Jacob.  They're both  handsome and funny and kind. But Edward has told me nothing about himself while Jacob has told me everything. I don't want a relationship based on lies.
