They were finally there. Phoenix, Arizona. Mike had been waiting forever for this moment. Him, his best friends and his boyfriend were about to take this place out. Mike just had two more things to do. One being to set out a plan.

The six men sat down in a room at an abandoned workshop. A map of the place was spread on a big table in the middle of the room. "Brad, you take the East side. You'll have the gravity defyer, since you're the only one here who knows how it works. Make sure you make the gravity heavier, that way everyone's stuck on the ground and it gets hard for them to breathe."

"Got it." Brad said, picking up the purple cube.

"Dave and Joe will take the West side with the fire defyer. Burn it down to a crisp."

Joe picked up the red cube while Dave said, "We'll do it."

"Rob's got the North side with the bomb defyer. Make sure it's set to blow up only those in the North, it's really easy to do."

Rob nodded while picking up the charcoal grey cube. "Clear."

"Chester and I will take the fourth defyer once it's set into it's final, permanent stage and destroy our current direction, South." Mike held up the currently pastel pink colored cube with rose gold swirls around it. "We'll be finished with all of this once and for all afterwards. We'll be free from everyone and everything wrong with our lives. Now, go!"

Rob, Dave, Joe and Brad shouted "Yes, sir!" then headed out with their defyers. Mike and Chester stayed behind. They couldn't do anything until this defyer was stable, so they sat on the couch together. Mike had his arm around Chester's shoulders and held him close while Chester rested his head on Mike's shoulder.

"Is this the only one that's gone through stages?" Chester asked, getting curious now that he had to actually use this deadly paper weight that's brought him trouble since the beginning.

"No, the other's did too. It's a way for the defyer to settle itself and see which setting work best. That's how the creator made them." Mike explained. "He wanted them to be used for good though. War weapons... Ya know?"

"Yeah." Chester mumbled. "I guess."

"It shouldn't be too long before it switches, then we'll be going." Mike informed the other. "Until that happens... " He trailed off and moved Chester's head up so they could kiss. It was a sweet, gentle one and lasted only a few seconds. When they disconnected, Mike whispered, "Would you like to see something?"

"What?" Chester asked, his eyes still closed from the kiss and mind fogging up. Last night sneaked up into his brain a few times today, and he was still kind of upset that Mike left him alone the way he did. "Is it something nice?"

Mike smirked from hearing that and said, "Yeah... for me anyway."

Chester's eyes opened up halfway. For him? What does that mean? Chester was about to ask what Mike meant by that but was swooped up into his lover's arms before he could get a word out. Only a tiny squeak was heard and that was enough. "Mike? What are you doing?" Chester managed to get out.

He didn't answer. Instead, he started walking. He took Chester into a room a little far from the other one. Chester took a few moments to look around it. The place looked like an interrogation room... No. Not an interrogation room. A torture room. "M-Mike." Chester stuttered, gripping onto Mike, hoping to find a bit of comfort from it.

"Shhh." Mike whispered, sitting Chester down on the table in the middle of the room. "I'm not gonna do anything to you... Well, nothing too bad at least." Chester eyes widened from hearing these words.
