   "Kind of poetic isn't it?" I told the man I compelled to kneel down in front of me."A girl's parents slaughtered by the boy she loves, has a sense of irony as well."

"That is a great question. I don't know I'm releasing some steam. I fell in love with this girl who died a whole day later. Betrayed by a team member and knocked out by my on and off again love interest. You tell me what I have to gain because quite frankly I have nothing to lose by killing you two lots right here and now." I told the guy sitting in front of me.

   This is Elder's father. Kevin Eldert the former President of Main City, next to him also kneeling is his wife, and Elder's mother. Ember Eldert. I have compelled them to not make a move and to kneel before me. I walked behind Kevin. Vampires can do this thing called Mind Compulsion, where we can make non vampires say or to do whatever we want.

"Old age has gotten to you old man, you used to be able to escape situations like these." I grinned as my snake sword manifested in my hands. A sword that responds to my ki and my ki alone with a snake eating the bottom of the hilt. I jammed by sword in Kevin's spine. He screamed in agony. "I love that, scream some more." I took my sword and thrust it through his spine again a bit higher. The tip of the sword showing through his stomach. He screamed louder.

"If you kill us, my daughter will send every fire power in this nation after you." Kevin said. I grinned.

"To prove I don't give a shit. Ember, sweetheart. Take this." I tossed a Kunai Knife at Ember and she caught it. "Now slit your threat slowly and don't make a sound."

   Ember took the knife and jammed it inside her neck. Then she cut across her neck slowly as tears flowed out her eyes as she dropped to the ground lifeless.

"No Em. Lightning how could you!"  Kevin said weakly as coughed blood.

"You're one foot into the afterlife anyway." I said as I took my sword and sliced Kevin's head cleanly off.

   The door opened up. A boy with light blue hair looked at me with his eyes wide opened. He must be Elders little brother. He rushed at me I sidestepped out the way then I thought of blood. He turned around preparing to charge right at me. With super speed I slammed him to the wall. I took out a kunai knife and rose his left hand with my free hand and jammed my knife in the middle of his palm pinning it to the wall. I took his other hand and did the same. I took off his sneakers and his socks.

"What are you man?" The boy asked weakly. "Definitely not human."

"I don't know, part demon, part vampire, part human. I'm all over the place mate." I replied. "Good question though."

"What do you want?" He asked.

"Honestly... I'm having fun, or releasing steam one or the other. I lose track of which is what feeling these days." I said grinning "As a brother to the president you must have useful information. So..." I said caressing his cheeks. "Let's play a game I like to call... Nineteen Lives. Every time you lie I can tell so every time you do, you lose a finger or a toe."

"But I have 20 fingers and toes all together." He said and I laughed.

"Good observation." I took a kunai out my back pocket and stabbed his pinky finger off his hand. The Kunai stood in the wall. The pinky fell to the floor. He screamed.
