**MATURE COTENT**
Four rust colored paws pounded and scraped up the ground as she ran. Disoriented in the cluster of emotions racing around, it was hard to tell if she was running toward Layton or in circles. Once he was close enough that she could feel his emotions and thoughts through their bond it would be easy to track each other down.
Tyler hadn’t seen or even talked to Rhiley sine he left her house yesterday morning. She had woken up before everyone and locked herself in her room. There was nothing to do but leave her be.
By now he had expected to hear from her or anyone really. Trotting through the trees at a healthy clip, he was still trying to think of something he could do to help. Everyone was on edge since their last pack meeting when the Alpha told them all about Layton. He didn’t disclose any graphic details but enough to let the importance of the situation sink in. It was a relief Rhiley hadn’t gone. It would have been rough on her.
Most of the women and all the younger wolves left to surrounding packs with friends or family so their territory was dead. To make it worse, Cassidy’s parents were using this to help their ‘petition’ to get rid of Rhiley, claiming she’s dangerous, and a liability, whatever. Some of the pack members called bullshit but sadly there are a lot that support him.
Tyler was hoping…. An intoxicating scent froze him mid-step. Whatever he had been thinking about was gone. The musky smell filled his senses, wafting through his system to coax out his primal instincts. It stroked his most sensitive areas and before he knew what he was doing, he was headed toward the source of this wonderful scent.
Rhiley shifted back to two legs and leaned against a tree, trying to catch her breath.
*Can’t be too much farther. I hate this. It needs to stop.*
She was just about to get moving again when a noise made her look off to the side. There was nothing there at first but through her dirty hair, she could see someone.
*Tyler?*
She didn’t care about him right now. All she wanted was for her body to stop burning up from the inside out.
“Rhiley.” His voice was husky and breathless. Before she could leave, he was in front of her, forcing her back up against the tree. Just when she was going to push him away, his lips crashed into hers. It wasn’t the wolf she craved but she felt his lust for her pressed into her navel and it set her body on fire.
She kissed back feverishly and bit his bottom lip so hard it drew blood. He cupped he naked bottom in both hands and lifted her up to wrap her arms and legs around him. They grinded their cores together and Tyler moaned into her neck. The tree was digging into the skin on her back but the instinctual roughness of it all made it more enjoyable.
He couldn’t wait any longer; his body throbbed with need to be inside her. He pulled away just enough to position himself before diving into the warmth between Rhiley’s toned thighs.
She gasped as pain ran through her middle but it felt so good. She bit down on his shoulder to work through the pain as he thrusted; deep and hard. It didn’t last long. Soon after they were on the forest floor and she was writhing in pleasure underneath his muscled frame.
Her nails raked down his back, leaving bloody trails behind. Tyler massaged her breast in one hand and grasped the back of her neck in the other, brining her supple lips to his own again.
