An: I have been reading other fanfictions and I was thinking should I do another fanfiction? Please let me know if that's a good idea! I'm just very hesitant on this. Also do you guys like the "new" wattpad?I'm not sure about it.

Derek's P.O.V.

" I will need all second,third,fourth,and fifth year residents. I will also need General,Cardio,Plastics,and Ortho."

" Sorry to get off topic Shepard but can we discuss something? About Grey suspending three people?" Avery asked.

"I can explain.Owen was putting himself in a situation he did not need to be in. The daycare monitor was incredibly stupid! Also a scrub nurse and her daughter was racist to Zola!" Meredith yelled,"Yes I do agree that daycare monitor can be a bitch." Callie quietly said and Arizona nodded her head in agreement.

Jackson wanted to say something but Mere quickly demanded a vote. "Who agrees?" Callie,Mere,Cristina via webcam,Arizona and myself."Can we carry on now Jackson?" she asked sharply.

She is incredibly hot when she is mad.When I'm about to start up again the new head of cardio walks in. "Hello I'm Margaret Pierce(An is that her name??) and I would like to ask a question to Dr.Grey."

I say "We are in a board meeting I'm sure this can wait Dr.Pierce." "I don't think it can." she said. "Ask away" I said.

"Dr.Grey how come you ran out like a child because when I said my mother was Ellis Grey?" She said.

Meredith's P.O.V.

I looked around and they all looked shocked then Cristina says "Holy crap!Another one? Is this one Little Little Grey?" I groan and stand up "Yes this is my sister!Yes Richard and my mother had a child!Okay? I just learned this recently!Can we continue now?" I yelled I was just so embarrassed and scared and mad. That I wanted to do something else. " Can you leave now Dr.Pierce?" Jackson said with a shaky but calm voice.

She looked unwilling at first and then knew it was the best thing to do.When the door slammed everyone looked at me. I was incredibly annoyed at this point so I said "Didn't I already say something? Or do I have to say it again?" by then everyone shut up and listened to Derek present his surgical plan.

Jackson's P.O.V.

What? If my mom and Richard ever get married?Oh I am screwed then. Shepard keeps blabbering on about the surgery.

I just know what happens when word gets out.This hospital is full of gossip.

Arizona's P.O.V.

While Shepard was explaining his plan he said he wouldn't really need me but he would like me to observe the surgery. Since the patient is a little person that's the only reason he wants me in the surgery. So I'm doing something else because I'm clearly not needed.

It's so annoying that people underestimate my specialty!

Callie's P.O.V.

Since Shepard and I are apparently number one on this case I was trying to pay attention. We now have a Little Little Grey? I was kind of surprised who knew Richard and Ellis had a child? Wait who raised it?
