Laksh knock before entering Anupurna's and DP's room.

Laksh- Mom?...
AP- Lucky? What happened Son?
Laksh-(lays his head on her lap) Mom...., it's all too much for me..... Ragini broke up with me....

Anupurna feels bad but somewhere she was aware that it's meant to be. After knowing Laksh's relationship with Ragini months ago, she had known that they can't be together, Shekhar was never gonna except them as his relatives, again.
That's the reason she still can't forgive him. He disappeared after ruining two families.

AP-(caressing hair) everything's gonna be fine.....

DP enters smiling mother and son's bond.

DP- (whining) nowadays no one even greets me after my tour...huh.
Laksh-( hugs him) Dad, you're back! I missed you!
DP- really??
Laksh- yep, where's my new iPhone?
DP-( sigh) kids now days. Grab it from bag.
Laksh-(hugs tight) you're best dad!

DP's smile flattened remembering painful memories of  his life but he shook his head.

DP- nope ,you are best son. (smile ruffling his hair) I'll be in study room for----(avoid eye contact)

Laksh didn't missed his expression, he had always know that whether they say or not they miss him. Forcing him to question and his next words makes DP speechless.

Laksh- Dad, do you hate him?

DP looks AP and sigh after seeing her looking down , without uttering single word he left for study room or maybe his only escape.

Laksh follows him wanting answers for his questions which are still unanswered,
Why Sanskaar would do something like that?
Or did he really?
Why they didn't question him before taking action?

And he needed answers before coming to any conclusion,he slowly enters room standing behind DP's chair as DP slowly touches photo frame having family picture before taking out Sanskaar's childhood photo from behind making Laksh wonder 'was it always there?'

DP-(teary eyes) I know you want to know about all this but believe me I never wanted you to question your faith and belief, because......it hurts the most.
For you he was always best and I, we wanted you to believe that only but you deserve to know the whole truth.......(deep breaths)

I believe Anupurna told you about guru ji's warning?( Laksh nods nervous to hear further, he's already too shaken up and can he hold it till last? But he can't be more ready for this turning point of there life, never) For us Shekhar's family was something we can rely on same goes for Shekhar ......... everything was going back to place until......

Flashback
DP hugs Shekhar after the little chit chat they had making his way back to home suddenly remembering about Aarav's absence.

DP- ah Shekhar! Where's my son? I didn't saw him with Swara-give.
Shekhar-(shakes head, smiling) he's with my son...(winks)
DP-(furrows eyes) don't copy me, Aarav is my son and Sanskaar is my son too!
Shekhar-(glare) if Aarav is your son then why Sanskaar can't be mine.
DP- both are mine~
Shekhar-(rigid) if that's so than I'm gonna make both Swara and Sanskaar to marry each other then both will be mine!
DP- (trigging) ha! Than even Swara will be my daughter which she is.
Shekhar-(triggered) you!!

Shomi arrived shaking her head seeing them arguing for nothing.

Shomi-(pulls Shekhar back,who was ready to pounce) hey hey hey..... stop behaving like children, can't believe you both are father already.
Shekhar-(whining) Shomi! He---
Shomi- I know! Bhai shahab? They both are playing in garden.
DP, Shekhar-(shocked)) together??!!!
Shomi-( chuckle) yes, together. Sanskaar came saying he wants to play, after all they are still best friends! Sometimes both can be sensitive.
DP, Shekhar- ya sometimes!
DP-ok, I'll check them. Who knows what they are playing??
