She found herself in an alley, something she wasn't familiar with, but still thrilling in many ways to her. She stepped with caution, avoiding the cracks beneath her in fear of the ground breaking somehow. She knew what was down below and had to intention to visit.

Following the bright light illuminating her dark, dull  path, she scrunched her nose at the large, green cubes to her side. They didn't smell pleasant, another thing she wasn't used to. She quickened her pace, eventually running to catch the light. As she grew closer, it grew bigger and brighter, slightly hurting her eyes. She slowed down as she saw the opening, blinking as her eyes tried to adjust. There in front of her stood numerous enormous buildings. Her mouth hung open in amazement.

"Oi, move princess!" A harsh, deep voice spoke to her, stepping around her in annoyance. She blinked and looked at the source of the sound, gasping when she realized. It was an actual human.

"Wait! Please, stop! Human, wait!" She called out. She pouted as he continued to walk. Perhaps he didn't hear her.

Another human came from her right, excitement surging through her as more walked past her from all directions. "Oh! Hello! Can someone please halt? Hello?"

She sighed and looked over to the other side where people traveled. Maybe someone over there will speak to me, she thought.

Stepping on the rocky floor, she yelped and jumped back. It wasn't smooth or soft anymore. She placed it down again, sloly adding pressure and winced. It hurt a bit, but she didn't care.

Slowly walking across, a car honked loudly at her. She cocked her head and realized it was coming straight at her. She screamed, running faster only to encounter another. The car stopped abruptly, the human in it honking at her in annoyance. She ran and reached the other end, leaning against a window to catch her breath.

Perrethia looked up and jumped, startled to see someone standing there. The human stood still, staring right at her. The hair was colored crazily on a bright purple hue and her face almost seemed frozen.

"Hello." Perrethia smiled politely, tucking her hair behind her ear. "Are you a human?"

The person stayed silent, staring right at her. "How are you?" Perrethia asked again. No response. "I cannot tell you my name but the angels call me Gaea. What do your people call you?"

"Miss?" A voice spoke to her. Perrethia scrunched her face in confusion, not understanding how it spoke to her without moving a single muscle. "Miss!"

She jumped as she felt a tap on her shoulder, coming face to face with another person. "Oh, hello!"

"Have I gone mental, or were you trying to speak to a mannequin? Would you like to call your mum? Friends?" She asked. Her hair was silver and reached her shoulders, decorated by a bright yellow hat. It was nothing she had seen before but Perrethia liked it. She looked very pretty.

"I don't think you'll be able to call anyone I know," She laughed nervously, glancing up toward the sky.

"Oh." The girl replied boredly, not seeming too interested in conversing with her. "Well, I only wanted to tell you you're blocking the door and unless you're going to come in for a dye job or something, you need to leave."

"Oh, I'm sorry. I just don't have anywhere to go."

"I've heard that story. Look, I don't want to be rude but we will call the police if you sleep out here. Nothing against you, we just don't want to discomfort any customers." The woman reached for the door handle, jerking it away when Perrethia placed her hand over it to stop her from leaving.
