Chapter 10: QUALITY TIME

"Its weekend! And do you know what that means?!?" Kylie shouted in my ear. "Noo what does it mean?" I asked acting as if I don't know. Which I actually didn't, but I don't want to sound stupid if I ask her as if I really don't know. She gave me a flat look.

"Ok fine what is happening?" I asked. "It's-"

"Hey girls!" Ryder cut Kylie off to greet us. "Hi Ryder" We both greeted.

"You guys up for a party at my house tomorrow night?" Ryder asked us confidently. I was about to decline "I don't think we-"

"Of course!" Kylie cut me off. I looked at her blankly. "We'll be there!" She said. "Awesome, see you girls there" Ryder said and winked at me and then walked away casually.

"Ahhhh we are going to Ryder party!!" Kylie shouted in my ear the minute we got in the car. I just looked at her flatly. "Aren't you exited?!" She asked me. "Sure I'm exited and all,but he's a charmer and he can get any girl he wants, and sure were friends, but I will never like him in that way." I lied.

It was a little white lie, not all of it was a lie. The part where he can get any girl he wants isn't a lie, but the part where I don't like him is. But I only have feelings for him. I will never date him. I have feelings for him, but I will never date him.

I started the car and drove to go drop of Kylie." I wonder if Dannon is going to coMe to Ryder's party?" I asked blankly without even knowing it. "I don't know, you should ask him after you dropped me off" Kylie said.

"Jah, good idea" I said.

After I dropped off Kylie at her house I went to Dannon's house. When I parked infront of his house on my usual spot I quickly got out and went to the door. Without knocking I went into the house. Dannon's parents are comfortable with me coming whenever I want to. "Hi Angie!" I shouted to Dannon's mom.

When I first met her she told me to call her on her name, so I did. "Hi Emily!" She shouted coming from the kitchen with flour all over her face and clothes. "How are you?" She asked exited.

"I'm very goodthank you" I told her. She was a beautiful woman. She had Dannon's eyes and she looked younger than she is and she made amazing food! As if reading my mind she said "Dannon is upstairs in his room and I backing cookies! I'll bring them up when they are ready." She told me with as smile.

"Thanks!" I said and walked upstairs to Dannon's room.

When I got to his door I knocked and opened it slowly. "Dannon it's me, can I come in?" I asked. "No" he said behind the door but I could hear him chuckle so I just went in. "Hey I said no!" He told me with a smile while he was laying on his bed watching tv.

"What do you want" he said jokingly as if he doesn't want to talk to me. "I wanted to ask you something" I said. Dannon had an evil look on his face and I knew he was up to something.

I followed Dannon's eyes and saw that he was looking at the cushion next to him. I knew exactly what he was going to do. I quickly looked for a pillow for me and I saw one right next to me on the floor.

We are going to play pillow fight. But this one is a little different. It's all about timming. If one grabs the pillow then there's no going back.

We looked each other straight in the eye. And I decided to stir it up a little. I left my pillow and walked slowly to Dannon with am evil look and smirk on my face. Dannon sat still in his place on the bed when I got to him, he didn't even touch the pillow next to him.

He was falling for my plan. When I was standing right infront of him, I leaned in and our lips werea bout to touch when I dogged his lips and traveld to his ear. His hands were on my waist now and his face was red.

"It's on" I whispered in his ear. He was shocked when it the grabbed the pillow next to him hitting him in the head. I took a second for him to realize what just happened and when he realized it he looked at me with an evil smirk.

"Bitch!"He said jokingly and I turned around and ran to his door to go out, but just as I was about to grab the doorknob Dannon was in front of me looking down at me.

He had his famous smile on his face that every girl wants to see. His green eyes piercing through my brown eyes. He grabbed my waste and I stood still in my place to chocked to realize what was going on.

He then leaned in to my ear. "It's on" he whispered in my ear. The next moment I was picked up bridal style and when I realized what he just did I couldn't believe it. "You asshole! I can't believe fell for that!" I shouted at him while he was still holding me.

He did the same thing to me as I did to him and I didn't even notice it! I was too caught up in the moment.

Then he put me down and took the pillow next to him. "Don't you dare!" I said threatening him. "What you gonna do about it" he asked with a smirk. "I will...tell Kylie that you like her!" That was the first thing that came into my head, that's weird. Dannon looked confused at me but hid it with a smile.

"We both know that I don't like her" he said confidently. And then the next moment I was hit with a pillow. I quickly grabbed one myself and hit Dannon. He laughed and had fun with the pillow fight and when we were tired we doth laid on his bed with out pillows watching tv.

I was laying on his chest while his hand was over my shoulders. We weren't cuddling or anything we were just comfortable with each other. Even though I wished that I could cuddle and kiss him, he would never see me more than a friend. I'm like his little sister. So I take this as a cuddle. I take what I get.

"What did you want to ask me?" Dannon asked. OMG I can't believe I forgot to ask him about the party! I was so caught up in things that I totally forgot.

"I was wondering if you were going to Ryder's party tomorrow night?" I could feel Dannon's grip tightening around my shoulder as I said Ryder's name, but I ignored it. "Are you going?" He asked me. "Kylie is making me" I told him flatly.

"We'll of you're going then I'm going!" He said with a weird look on his face which I didn't reconsider it was almost a jealousy look, but before I could really see the look on his face he hid it with a smirk.

"What time is it?" I asked after a while. I was still On Dannon's chest. We were watching movies. "It's 23:30" he said. "What! How long was I here?!" It could not be!

"We'll when you're with me you get caught up in things and I mean who can blame you" he said jokingly. He had an ego as big as Mount Everest, but he was only joking. "Sure" I said sarcastically, but he was actually 100% right.

"Can't you sleep over?" Dannon asked. It Thinked for a moment. "Sure! I mean I'm not in the mood to drive home so why not!" I said exited. I haven't slept over at them for so long, sot his would be nice. His mom doesn't mind so why not!
