"It's simple really. Either you sleep with me, or he dies. Your choice"

When Calista is kidnapped she falls in love with the wrong person.
Will their love survive or is it not meant to be?
It's a semi cliche story...
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others. -Will Smith

Calista
There's an old saying that says, "If you love something let it go..".
Although I'd love to think that was the reason my parents abandoned me, I know it wasn't.
They just didn't want me, and after numerous complaints and child services calls because of my bruises, they decided they couldn't handle my presence anymore; so they let me go.
Although I haven't seen my parents for two years I am still reminded of them constantly when I look in the mirror. Not because of my features but because of the scars that tattoo my body.
My wardrobe consists of hoodies and jeans because I'm too insecure to show any more than that. I can't even go swimming due to the fear of being judged for my body. But not all scars were physical and not all of them were from my parents.
Because I never had anyone there for me I often resulted in the comfort of other people, specially boys. I never had sex with them or even kissed them but it was still comforting in a way.
After a while they would end the relationship due to the lack of intimacy I held, because honestly I had no fucking clue what I was doing. But it was always nice while it lasted.
One guy though was not the case. His name was Malcom and he was just like my father. I guess that's why I chose to stick with him, he reminded me of someone I never had.
He would hit me if he thought I was looking at another dude or if I was gone from his sight for too long and he thought I was hooking up with someone.
But like I said I chose to stay with him. Thankfully he never took any of my firsts though.
I guess I didn't love Malcolm like I thought I did because I never let him go and I kept crawling back to him even when I knew he wanted nothing to do with me, or he was sleeping with another girl.
I was leading by what my brain thought was right but not what my heart knew was right.
Thankfully I ended that relationship 4 months ago and I haven't seen or talked to him since.
I have gotten on my feet and moved on from my past, although it does come back to kick my ass from time to time I've learned to deal with it.
I now live in a tiny one bedroom apartment in the middle of the city. It's a bit more expensive here than if I were to live outside the city but I would need I car if I lived that far and this is cheaper than that.
The perks of living in the middle of the city is that everything is within walking distance, including my job, Chick-Fil-A. Overall my life is great currently and although I wish it started out easier I'm glad I was able to make it through everything and still be where I am t—
"Calista, stop the fucking daydreaming and get back to your job!" My asshat boss yelled
With a silent nod I grabbed my hat and walked behind the cash register right as a group had walked in.
It was a group of teenagers who seemed to be on a group date. Oh, how I envied their happiness.
"What can I get you?" I asked in a slightly cheery monotone voice, my eyes slightly drooping because of the lack of sleep I got the night before.
I put down the orders and waited for the next people to come in and take their order so this day could be over and I could go home.
At around 5:00 a group of rather suspicious looking guys entered the doors of Chick-Fil-A silently, only talking to order their food before leaving everyone around them on edge and with a sense of uneasiness surrounding them.
All of the guys wore shirts that showed the obvious gang related tattoos on their necks, the problem was that I could recognize the symbol in the tattoo and gathered that they were in the wrong territory.
Each gang has a territory and if it is crossed by another gang then all hell breaks loose.
The gang that owns the territory I live in is called the Black Bloods. They're pretty merciless, especially their leader Ace Chavez.
He doesn't care if you did something on accident or if you have a dog at home, he will kill you in the blink of an eye without any regrets. So the fact that another gang had the audacity to order food in his territory meant shit was about to go down and I seemed to be the only one that knew that.
"Excuse me everyone, if you could not tell that was a gang from another territory and since they were in this Chick-Fil-A that also means that the Black Bloods will be in this Chick-Fil-A so I would advise everyone to leave." I said as calm as I could. Not showing the panic I was feeling on the inside.
Within seconds everyone was out of the restaurant doors and in their cars driving away, leaving me and my boss.
"Calista I'm going home but you are not allowed to go home until closing hours so don't die, I guess"
Bitch
I just nodded and watched her scurry away and drive off as fast as her small Nissan would take her.
I would have to say that sitting in a completely empty restaurant at nighttime waiting for a gang to potentially show up is not that fun. It's actually very nerve wracking.
Just as I was about to leave I saw bright blue headlights shine through the glass of the restaurant and about five sports cars park carelessly in the parking lot, before about thirteen guys spilled out. Deciding that staying in the same room as them wasn't a good idea I turned around and started to walk to the kitchen before a bullet flew past my head and into the door I was about to walk through.
I put on my fearless facade and turned around facing the culprit.
As predicted it was the one and only Ace Chavez and his gang right behind him, with the same cold expressions as their leader.
"Hello Sweet cheeks, we just came to ask a few questions, mind answering them?"
My face remained cold as I didn't respond but that only made him smirk at me.
"Of course you don't mind! I'm the one with the gun; silly me."
He turned his head behind him and with a jerk in my direction with his chin I was being restrained buy two of his ass kissers, although I'm not sure why he needed two it's not like my 5'2, 120 lb body will do anything against these giants.
"So," Ace said, waving the gun around in my direction, "as I presume there was another gang here, right?"
No answer
"Right?!"
No answer
"I'm asking you a question, bitch" he said walking a few steps closer.
Not giving him the satisfaction of words I kept my eyes hard and emotionless not expressing what I really felt on the inside.
"Ok," he said turning around to face the rest of the gang, gun still being waved around in the air carelessly."I will ask you one more time babe, and if I don't get an answer you will regret it."
He then turned around and looked me straight in the eye "Was. There. Another. Gang. Here?"
No answer
"5, 4.." he started under his breath counting down to when I will surely regret not answering his simple ass question.
On 1 I was released from the the hold I was in and Ace raised his arm that had a gun in and pulled the trigger, sending a bullet my way too fast for me to escape it.
